Responsibilities:

Who you are:
As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for establishing strong consultative relationships with your clients as you lead world-class research projects that address their business needs. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced research professional who is proactive, a creative problem solver, and an excellent collaborator and communicator. Your Role
The UX Research Lead will be part of the Fyllo UX team. In this role you will be responsible for helping to shape strategic direction through foundational research initiatives and collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product management. This is a new role within the UX practice and will be the first person primarily focused on research as both a contributor and a leader.
You will become an expert in Fyllo's portfolio of compliance products, working with your product and development peers to rapidly find, articulate and solve real-world customer needs. As the voice of the user, you will bring products to life by enabling human centered innovation and design throughout the product life cycle. Day to Day
- Work closely with customers, product managers and engineering peers to deliver actionable research agile teams need to inform product and design decisions
- Establishing the UX research strategy across multiple verticals together with your peers from Product Design, Market Research and Product Management and ensure knowledge sharing across the company
- Owning and leading research planning and execution
- Serve as the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring human centered innovation and problem solving
- Share research findings with stakeholders and cross-functional peers using effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills

About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of customers, dispensaries, and the business itself, and balancing those needs against feature development and our roadmap.
