The Sales Operations Manager will work with all levels of management and executive leadership to develop and implement a seamless, effective sales process that empowers growth for Wurk. This role will lead back-office operations for the sales organization and will own creating capacity for the Sales team by developing processes and programs that directly impact critical business functions, including revenue forecasting, team development and productivity, Sales KPI & revenue management, and technological investment opportunities for the Sales team in conjunction with the IT team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes for sales teams
- Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
- Lend your expertise through recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives
- Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Document information and requirements and feeding back to stakeholders on progress and delivery as required
- Partner with Marketing, Sales & CS leadership to uncover business needs, and design solutions to address these needs
- Provide SME resources on Salesforce and associated revenue systems & technologies, systemize processes & drive adoption of business change amongst the user base
- Drive revenue performance as an account executive through your territory
- Cultivate Pipeline. Lead generation primarily driven by your dedicated sales development rep (SDR); you will be responsible for managing and driving sales cycles by qualifying and accurately forecasting new business opportunities.
- Showcase the Wurk Value/Solution/Brand. Companies are struggling to retain top talent. Become an expert in uncovering challenges that our prospective clients face. Through a product presentation, you will show how Wurk solves their challenges, addresses their concerns, and helps their company grow.
- Close Business. Drive revenue by studying and navigating the customer buying process, engaging internal and external key stakeholders, and ultimately securing a signed agreement.
- Additional duties and job responsibilities may be assigned or change from time to time, at the Company's discretion.
- Meet quarterly and annual quotas for your assigned territory
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations or business analyst role
- Extensive experience as a Sales representative
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth SaaS company strongly preferred
- Must have Salesforce experience from a user and administrator perspective
- Proven business sense with problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience providing actionable insights from sales and operations data
- High energy and positive problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones in a fast-paced startup environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of 2 years cannabis sales experience and 1 year cannabis sales manager experience to assist us to increase sales and address customer needs within the state of CA. Territory Sales Manager responsibilities include overseeing our delivery couriers, placing our products on the shelves of cannabis dispensaries through the state, negotiating procurement from cannabis farms and manufacturers and identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should posses an existing book of business throughout the Northern and Southern portions of Ca., have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish new accounts and service existing relationships retained by the individuals experience in the field of cannabis, manage promotional activities and events, educate buyers buyers within the assigned territory.
- Repetitive communication, verbal/electronic, with existing clientele base and identify new business clientele.
- Report on territorial sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Present our products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
