Job Summary
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Natura, your primary responsibilities are to review, pre-screen, and schedule all candidate phone and onsite interviews, as well as, make sure that candidates have a great experience and successful interview day. The Recruiting Coordinator will work in the Human Resources department, and report to the Director of Human Resources. Additionally, you will be greeting and assisting with administrative tasks relating to onboarding employees.
Essential Functions

- Schedule high volume interviews (phone, video, on-site, etc) and oversee the entire interview processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience

Job Summary:
Verano Holdings is a national, vertically integrated operator of licensed cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities. The Recruiting Coordinator, which reports to the company's Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition, will primarily focus on supporting full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for all levels and areas of the business. This role will directly interface with department leaders across the organization to support hiring needs and will assist in developing and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the internal recruiting team in managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing needs.
- Interface with candidates and hiring managers to schedule preliminary phone screens and interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout recruiting and onboarding process.
- Assist in monitoring and identifying top-tier talent on internal and external job boards.
- Prepare and send onboarding documentation, such as offer letters, business protection agreements, and state badging instructions.
- Prepare and submit state badging documentation to the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
