Our client is an established organics company looking to expand their presence in the hydroponics and cannabis industry. This is a remote position focused solely on the Colorado and Oklahoma market.
Compensation:
$65,000.00/year + $13,000.00/year bonus + health benefits + additional subsidies
Responsibilities:
- Prospect leads on a daily basis.
- Call and maintain existing customer base to support sales activities.
- Arrange samples and follow-up meetings with customers.
- Work proactively with head office ensuring company objectives are being met.
- Draft quotes and ensure data entry in CRM software is accurate.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
- Previous experience in the cannabis, hydroponics or fertilizer industry is an asset.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Proficient in computers.

Our Recruiting Coordinators are pivotal in driving the talent acquisition and interviewing operations within our organization. You will serve as often-times the first point of contact/impression for Leafly and work to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interviewing process. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers

- Help to track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report

The HR Business Partner-Sales role will drive all people activities, initiatives and programs for the Sales and Revenue Teams. This role will act as a strategic coach and business partner to the Sales and Revenue teams. You will be responsible for executing our people initiatives, employee relations management, administering HR policies and programs, and developing our people to meet the high growth needs of our company.
Responsibilities
- Be the culture champion-Create and drive innovative and effective employee relations, retention and reward programs to constantly enhance our amazing culture.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and leaders regarding employee performance, employee relations issues, policies, and employment laws Implement, maintain, and administer HR policies and programs while fostering a high performing, collaborative culture.
- With the support of the HR team, implement benefit plans, compensation, incentive plans, stock options, and performance management process.
- Understand the goals and priorities of our Leafly business and provide appropriate information, coaching and HR expertise to support achieving business objectives.
- 4+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR management role required; high growth start up experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with Sales and Marketing Teams, including a track record of consultation to Sr. Leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Commission Plans and Sales Compensation.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen, project management and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems (e.g. HRIS, Excel, Reporting, Data Analysis)
- Ability to assess, design and recommend organization changes
- Strong working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations and the ability to appropriately spot and resolve employment risk issues

You will primarily be responsible for revenue accounting, financial reporting, month-end close procedures, and various projects as assigned. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. - Conduct accounting research and document accounting issues in audit-ready memos
- Reconcile and prepare adjusting journal entries for accounts such as: revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, leases, and others
- Prepare workpapers supporting our consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures
- Assist with preparing financial reports and variance analyses
- Support external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requests and inquiries
- Prepare information for external accounts to prepare foreign, federal, state, and local tax filings
- Assist in developing and maintaining formal internal control & process documentation
- Create efficiencies and simplification by leveraging technology solutions and automation
- Perform additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA a plus)
- 4+ years private accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- Intermediate to advanced Excel preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage technology to invent, improve, and scale
- Experience with Intacct and Zuora a plus

- Responsible for leading a cross-functional process for new product introductions for both B2B and B2C products.
