Make 80+ calls/day minimum to:
- Source product, close deals and schedule product pickups.
- Track/database a high volume of leads and consistently follow-up on available product.
- Hit weekly quotas.
- Cold and warm lead calling.
- Understand and communicate current market pricing.
- Communicate our purchasing/sales process as needed.
- Manage/service accounts.
- Work directly with the owners on a daily basis.
Qualifications Include:
- Positive attitude!
- 3+ years in phone sales required. Doesn't have to be in the cannabis industry.
- Highly motivated individual with sales experience and ability to close deals.
- Highly organized individual capable of tracking and following up a high volume of vendors/leads.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage clients professionally.
- Self starter that is able to execute without supervision.
- Cannabis knowledge and experience is a bonus but not required.

What you'll be doing:
Applicants will be expected to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week with weekend availability highly preferred - our company values a strong culture and competitive compensation is offered to qualified candidates.

Sales Agent Daily Duties:
* Proficiency with tablets and phones are required as most work will be done through these mediums, rather than in-person bud-tending.* Handle a high volume of calls or texts during shift
* Maintain a high pace of orders processed* Offer patients correct product and value* Boost customer service with excellent communication and hospitality* Maintain communication at all times with the team* Diffuse any escalations that may occur* Be punctual and error free* Must be able to work 5+ hour shifts* Multi-taking capabilities are a must with strong decision-making skills
