You'll fulfill customer requests and look for opportunities to introduce new and alternative products. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. You'll also answer phones, respond to voicemail, and take orders. Another key responsibility of this role is to maintain knowledge of new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, and cross-training with management, pharmacists, and senior patient care advocates.
