Seeking a result-driven, self-starter to manage the data integrity of the existing database within our ERP/MRP and CRM systems as it relates to a new product, pricing accuracy, and inventory control. This position will be the point person for overseeing and implementing the uploading of vendor price files into SAP to effectively create queries for margin analysis, forecasting, and planning. The candidate will support Purchasing and Operations to help develop solutions to streamline processes within SAP B1 related to inventory, item management, and margin optimization. Individuals must be detail-orientated, possess a sense of urgency, and be committed to accuracy and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and monitor items in a high SKU inventory database within SAP B1 and CRM
- Prioritize new item creation within Item Master Data for timely sales quote turnaround
- Upload quarterly pricing into ERP from USD and Foreign currency vendor price files using SAP B1 Data Transfer Workbench method
- Work with Purchasing and Management to develop best practices in item costing (including Bill of Materials) to ensure accurate and clear data is provided to Sales and Senior Management
- Data clean-up, migration, and revisions for product phase-out and discontinued items
- Build queries and dashboards using raw data from SAP to be utilized for business analysis for all departments
- Work with Purchasing and Operations to develop an inventory classification system to allow for in- depth Supply Chain analysis and MRP planning

Grower Master Data Analyst
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Grower Master Data Analyst, are to:
- Identify, investigate, and communicate technical system issues and enhancements that arise and work with Information Technology (IT) to resolve them;
- Maintain key operational metrics to support operational excellence and a strong internal control environment, on an ongoing basis, assess the metrics to ensure they are in alignment with business and compliance needs;
- Identify best practices and process improvements for customer data management based on investigation/analysis, lean events, or system changes;
- Work to define the business value of proposed changes and/or measure the success of efforts post implementation;
- Participate on or manage large customer data related projects within or outside of the team;
- Perform audits on customer data quality and implement corrective actions to resolve gaps;
- Proactively create process documentation and lead cross training for team members and other related groups and functions;
- Accountable for the creation and maintenance of customer master data in SAP and ancillary systems (IRD, Sales Force, etc.) ensuring high quality data for the NA business;
- Prioritize day to day workload amongst the team, engaging the lead if necessary for larger efforts.

- Support the transition from FlowHub to COVA, including clean data transfer to seamlessly accept, sell, and adjust inventories
- Support future acquisition efforts to onboard assets into master item file, and ready data transfer for all software and technologies (Leaflink, Sage, Cova, Dutchie, Alpine IQ, and others)
- Coordination between Retail, Merchandising, and Accounting to ensure proper accounting and itemization through the product lifecycle, and support / address discrepancies between Sage X3, Cova, and METRC
- Track and maintain vendor funding logs and marketing tier program participation
- Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Specific Job Skills and Experience:
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with data and has experience using Excel, BI Tools, POS systems and querying databases.

Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an analytical setting

- Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active MED badge in the state of Colorado
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
- Schedule will Vary Depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included)
- Travel expected to be minimal, as required

Job Function and Description
- Perform ad hoc customer and product master data update requests
- Participate in MDM testing
- Responsible for defining MDM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing Master Data Training Manual
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of business and product master data
- Responsible for understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining customer master and product data across business areas
- Responsible for customer and product data harmonization across multiple sources
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, production, distribution and compliance to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and maintained
Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
- Establishes good working relationships with business owners and SME's to ensure on-going data accuracy and completeness
- Experience with data structures, relations and processes
- Strong background in technology and good numerical analytical ability
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Demonstrates competency in: understanding and correcting data discrepancies; reading and translating data models; data querying; identifying data anomalies and root cause analysis;
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Interest in technology and information systems required.
- 1-3 years of data entry experience (cannabis industry preferred)
