The Production Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations.

Job Summary
Levia is looking for a Logistics Technician. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the Levia Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of Levia products via company delivery vehicle to all wholesale locations throughout the state of MA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Levia to Massachusetts dispensaries.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects Levia delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.
- Must be able to understand road maps related to the state of MA highways and roads.
- Become familiar with Metrc to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.

Job Summary

Job Description –
The primary responsibility of the Logistics Technician will be to support the operations staff. Specific duties include: driving company vehicle to designated cannabis distribution points and executing sample collection following a detailed sampling protocol; transporting said samples back to the analytical laboratory maintaining chain-of-custody; assisting in sample intake procedures; assisting in sample processing procedures; checking inventory and requesting lab supplies all while adhering to the quality management system (QMS) under ISO: 17025-2017. Key role will be to minimize errors while maintaining chain-of-custody during any data reporting processes and to deliver above satisfactory services to our clients. Will serve as a point of contact for customers to schedule sampling.
Required Qualifications –
Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Clean driving record required.
At minimum, must have either:
- Completed 2 years college or university education; or
- Earned a High School Diploma or passed a General Educational Development or High School Equivalency exam, plus at least 1 year of full-time practical experience.
Required Experience –
Experience with sampling, documentation, performing basic chain-of-custody functions including visual and microscopic inspection, analytical weighing of samples, subsampling, data input, and sample storage. Possessing the ability to perform routine tasks to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervision.
Desired Skills –
Excellent written and oral communication skills, independent problem-solving skills, the ability to interact in a professional manner with clients and to contribute in a team environment are essential. Experience in the cannabis industry.
