Job Summary
Levia is looking for a Logistics Technician. This role will report to the Logistics Manager as part of the Levia Logistics Team. They will ensure the safe and secure delivery of Levia products via company delivery vehicle to all wholesale locations throughout the state of MA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes secure/monitored deliveries from Levia to Massachusetts dispensaries.
- Ensures safety practices are used when driving AYR company vehicles.
- Inspects Levia delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle are safe for deliveries.
- Ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Brings vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed, and other incidentals
- Maintain fuel levels – at least ½ tank and assure that they are fueled for the next day.
- Must be able to understand road maps related to the state of MA highways and roads.
- Become familiar with Metrc to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment checks during deliveries.
- In down time, report to Packaging or Fulfilment for assignment.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Must be 25 years of age or older with 6 years of satisfactory driving history (driving/insurance requirements)
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agencies
- Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
Education
- High school diploma/GED required
Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a delivery or driver role preferred

Working Conditions
This person may be exposed to dust, cleaning chemicals, and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree. This person will be travelling between dispensaries and manufacturing facilities within Massachusetts.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, and walking motion/movement will be required
- Lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds may be required
- Driving/operating a delivery vehicle and delivering packages between facilities is required.

Job Summary
The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting cannabis materials into high quality, food safe cannabis oil for use in manufacturing Levia products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing job duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all regulations
- Carrying out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies with state regulations, company SOPs, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Following appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of dissimilar production components while following Good Manufacturing Practices
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance, conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet specifications and expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking
- Continually strive to improve processes for improved safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Support new product and process development work with our Extraction Lead, Extraction Supervisor and/or Production Manager
- Monitoring and managing lab and processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
- Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
Education
- High school diploma/GED required
Experience
- 1-3 years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction, formulating, and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.
- Experience with closed loop Butane and CO2 extraction systems preferred, including large scale production sugar/ wax, live sugar/resin/wax, and shatter

Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a qualified Facilities Manager to join our diverse and fast-growing team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, and coordinate with contractors all while remaining in compliance with local and state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Schedule work on projects, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner within budgetary constraints
- Oversee the hiring and use of contractors and contracted maintenance employees working on company property and equipment, ensuring they work safely and efficiently
- Works with the available resources and oversees projects, purchases, preventative maintenance and work orders
- Recommend and purchase new equipment, tools, and repair parts, within budget
- Assist in purchase, design, and installation of equipment and work areas
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient parts and supply inventory
- Ensures that all work areas are maintained as safe, clean work areas
- Work with all facilities employees in seeking ways to eliminate waste and improve efficiency throughout the company
- Maintains and promotes a safe working environment
- Design and implement safety programs
- Responsible for addressing facility breakdowns that can occur after work hours, weekends and holidays
Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
