The Retail Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the Retail Home Delivery Driver team. This role will report to the Dispensary Manager & Regional Manager and is designed to ensure that all deliveries are handled accurately and in accordance with Sira and state regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with invoicing, manifesting, shipping, route optimization and systems in cannabis – including METRC & Leaf Logix.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for ensuring valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in retail home delivery vehicles.
- Accountable for bringing vehicles to repair locations when maintenance issues arise such as brake jobs, new tires, oil changes, windshield wiper blades, inspections, etc.
- Maintain vehicles to operational standard - insure vacuumed, washed and other incidentals.
- Coordinate with accounts payable to setup invoicing/payments for maintenance, gas, etc.
- Oversee the Retail Home Delivery Driver team and ensure safe and secure handling of customer received payment during all deliveries.
