In this role you will...
- Supervise team of cultivation technicians in all aspects of production, harvest, and processing.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities of the Greenhouse Harvest Supervisor (GHS) includes approving standard methods and procedures related to cultivation of cannabis, specifically relating to the deployment of personnel. GHS is also responsible for the SOPs enforcement and training. Work together with the Growing Team (Master Grower) and Greenhouse Harvest Manager in planning, forecasting and budgeting as it related to the harvest process. Responsible for appropriately staffing the greenhouse harvest team with Team Leaders and general technicians to complete the company quotas. Responsible for annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews. Responsible for ensuring the necessary equipment and materials are on hand to support the function of the greenhouse harvest operations. The GHS must be a critical thinker, larger vision for the direction of the company and be able to follow state regulations and company policies.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding of all Harvest-related SOPs prior to their implementation;
- Compile, approve and implement greenhouse labor strategies;

- Operate equipment: augers, trimmers, shears, tillers, utility carts, water tanks, tractors, forklift, etc
- Perform tasks related to cold-weather protection as well as preparation for storms and perform repair work for any weather damage or other damage
- Create and maintain various reports as requested by the department
- Perform cleaning tasks so as to maintain a safe, clean, professional workplace
- Perform other duties as assigned
