Apply pesticides 3 times a week from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. Those days will be 10:30 a.m to 7 p.m. Other 2 days will be from 7:30 a.m to 4 p.m.

Other duties include cloning, potting, canopy, scrog, trimming, and cleaning, etc. Cloning experience a plus.

Must be able to stand on their feet for up to 3 hours at a time, able to bend over for long periods and be able to lift 25 pounds.

Must be able to start immediately.

MUST HAVE: Valid MED Badge and reliable transportation. Also pesticide license.

Monday - Friday with some weekends when needed.'

Multiple locations looking for responsible, driven, knowledgeable team members to join our retail team. This position will increase sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and patients.

Retail team members are the face of the company and are expected to assist our guests with knowledge about cannabis and cannabis-infused products to assist them in consuming cannabis safely. Weekends and evenings are required. We are seeking people with basic knowledge of cannabis products who can help educate and serve guests in compliance with all state regulatory guidelines.

Budtender Qualifications, Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Must have or be able to obtain Colorado Occupational Badge

• Greet customers, get to know them, and understand their interest in cannabis. (You must be positive and welcoming!)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Dedication, persistence, and self-motivation are critical

• Assist guests with identifying the delivery mechanism that fits their needs best.
• Ability to work well with a team or independently, and independently.

• Must be knowledgeable about cannabis and cannabis product.

• Must adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for all customers.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of cannabis and current regulations.
• Package, sort, count, and label merchandise.
• Restock storage areas, and replenish items.
• General cleaning.
• Perform tasks such as filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory, records, and POS transactions.

• Prior retail, POS, or dispensary-related experience is a plus.
• Must be friendly, trustworthy, dependable, positive, hardworking, and excellent with customers.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.25 per hour

Meticulous attention to detail is required. Your goal will be to ensure we satisfy our customers with consistent high-quality, marijuana flower while implementing our company growing system

Minimum 4 years commercial grow experience as a Head Grower or similar

Proven experience as large scale, commercial indoor grower with strong management experience

Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle

Advance knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics

Understanding of pest and disease management techniques

Ability to diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew, or other infestations

Knowledge of state compliance requirements and systems

Must have strong management skills and excellent communication

Ability to follow directions and ask questions as needed

This is a full-time position and will require some weekend and multi-location work.

Must meet state Occupational licensing requirements including Colorado residency and have reliable transportation.
