Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Systems Manager and IT & Systems Analyst with maintaining an effective and efficient flow of information across the organization. The Associate IT & Systems Analyst must be proactive, a go-getter, and have a strong will to learn and develop their skills. The Associate IT & Systems Analyst will become highly specialized in the daily processes of our ERP (Acumatica) and other systems. This will require achieving a detailed understanding of our organization and how information flows throughout.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of information systems through routine audits
- First point of contact for issues in work or information flow relating to our information systems
- Create reports, dashboards, and inquiries in the ERP (Acumatica) as assigned
- Create dashboards and analytical reports (Tableau) as assigned
- Maintain and improve Excel sheets necessary for business operation
- Project manage ongoing projects with consultants as assigned
- Communicate with software vendor support
- Manage user accounts and restrictions
- Special projects as assigned by IT & Systems Analyst or Systems Manager
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, trustworthy, dependable, accountable for own actions, and able to receive constructive criticism.
- Must be able to time manage, multitask, organize, attention to details, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of database structures
Education and Experience
- Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced Excel Experience (Required)
- IT Support Experience (Preferred)
- SQL Experience (Preferred)
- Data Visualization Experience (Preferred)
- ERP Experience (a Plus)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
