We are a small team of four people looking to add individuals who can hold their own in their Territory.
The Territory Manager will drive direct sales in their geography. The sales process includes making initial contact, signing new accounts, building account relationships, and generating sales revenue, coordinating in-store promotions, and training budtender staff on our products.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all state, local and company rules to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Make consistent positive contact with your existing clients as well as potential new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales calls, appointments, and site visits.
- The ability to connect with clients through multiple touchpoints- Owners, Managers, Buyers, and Budtenders.
- Build and grow high-level relationships with buyers and dispensary owners
- Track and log notes for all scheduled and completed meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff.
- Responsible for Riverside region surrounding areas
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust and reliability.*
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.*
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.*
- Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business.*
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities.*
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes.*
- Maintain deep knowledge of Sesh products and correctly present and position them in each account.*
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what competitors are offering and how Sesh products are positioned relative to the competition.*
- Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.*
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.*
- Currently selling retail products in similar area and can add Sesh to your menu without any conflict of interest.*
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver’s license.*
- 3+ years customer facing sales experience.*
- Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.*
- Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format.*
Preferred Skills:
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.*
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., laptop, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner.*
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.*

The Territory Manager will drive direct sales in their geography. The sales process includes making initial contact, signing new accounts, building account relationships, and generating sales revenue, coordinating in-store promotions, and training budtender staff on our products.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all state, local and company rules to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Make consistent positive contact with your existing clients as well as potential new business opportunities.

- The ability to connect with clients through multiple touchpoints- Owners, Managers, Buyers, and Budtenders.
- Build and grow high-level relationships with buyers and dispensary owners
- Track and log notes for all scheduled and completed meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff.
- Responsible for Riverside region surrounding areas
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust and reliability.*
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.*
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.*
- Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business.*
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities.*
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes.*
- Maintain deep knowledge of Sesh products and correctly present and position them in each account.*
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what competitors are offering and how Sesh products are positioned relative to the competition.*
- Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.*
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.*
- Currently selling retail products in similar area and can add Sesh to your menu without any conflict of interest.*
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver’s license.*
- 3+ years customer facing sales experience.*
- Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.*
- Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format.*
