- Keep a log of maintenance performed

- Patrol building exterior for garbage
- Maintain Landscaping vendor

- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.

- Monitor utility usage and support building energy management practices (including but not limited to) the building automation system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair strongly preferred
- Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge/problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust and pollen due to the nature of working in a cultivation center.
- Must be able to drive a forklift, car, van, and truck.
- Environments will consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis.
- Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred

- Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge/problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust and pollen due to the nature of working in a cultivation center.
- Must be able to drive a forklift, car, van, and truck.
- Environments will consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis.
- Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in implementing the preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Director of Operations and assists with the upkeep of the facility.
Complying with maintenance scheduling activities on a priority basis to minimize equipment downtime maximizing efficiencies and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check boilers, chillers, lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC: changing out all filters, and thermostats
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Assist/foster formal report outs…all issues/opportunities
- Collectively/support the Director of Operations ensuring daily, weekly and monthly records are maintained of all systems to support preventative maintenance and work orders systems are properly updated/maintained
- Electrical including LED replacement, fans, plumbing, painting, carpentry etc. as required
- Ensure all exterior and interior doors are operating correctly as designed… at all times
- Patrol building exterior for garbage and dispose of appropriately
- Responsible for grinding all green waste… following all MRA, Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Snow/salt or other groundwork as required (maintain snowplow vendor)
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly
- Other duties as necessary
- Maintain/store all maintenance inventory items as designed per/for ERP
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified applicant must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four (4) years of mechanical/maintenance experience
- May require daily or weekend overtime
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, boilers, chillers/glycol, air, process piping)

- Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)

- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
- Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weekly
- Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified (preferred)
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus

- Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, snow or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- May perform ground maintenance including removal of snow from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, etc., at an office site.

Skilled Facility Maintenance Technician

Your Tasks:
- Perform preventative and light general maintenance throughout the facility to ensure safety, functionality, and facility aesthetics. This includes, but not limited to, inspecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and the repair of equipment, building systems and greenhouses systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industry specific equipment.
- The safe operation of material handling equipment
- Work across multiple teams to expand knowledge through cross-functional training
- Complete daily inspections and recording of data
Qualifications
- All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be considered
- Minimum of one-year of building maintenance or trade experience
- The ability to troubleshoot using electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings
- Forklift Operators License, OSHA training certificate or the ability to obtain necessary job-related certificate / licenses within two-months

- Collectively/support the Director of Operations ensuring daily, weekly and monthly records are maintained of all systems to support preventative maintenance and work orders systems are properly updated/maintained
- Electrical including LED replacement, fans, plumbing, painting, carpentry etc. as required
- Ensure all exterior and interior doors are operating correctly as designed… at all times
- Patrol building exterior for garbage and dispose of appropriately
- Responsible for grinding all green waste… following all MRA, Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Snow/salt or other groundwork as required (maintain snowplow vendor)

- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly

- Maintain/store all maintenance inventory items as designed per/for ERP
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified applicant must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four (4) years of mechanical/maintenance experience
- May require daily or weekend overtime
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, boilers, chillers/glycol, air, process piping)

JOB SUMMARY

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

- Relevant technical knowledge

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in implementing the preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Director of Operations and assists with the upkeep of the facility.
Complying with maintenance scheduling activities on a priority basis to minimize equipment downtime maximizing efficiencies and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check boilers, chillers, lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC: changing out all filters, and thermostats
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Assist/foster formal report outs…all issues/opportunities
- Collectively/support the Director of Operations ensuring daily, weekly and monthly records are maintained of all systems to support preventative maintenance and work orders systems are properly updated/maintained
- Electrical including LED replacement, fans, plumbing, painting, carpentry etc. as required
- Ensure all exterior and interior doors are operating correctly as designed… at all times
- Patrol building exterior for garbage and dispose of appropriately
- Responsible for grinding all green waste… following all MRA, Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Snow/salt or other groundwork as required (maintain snowplow vendor)
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
- Assist with communicating utility usage opportunities to maximize the building energy efficiencies… as designed
- Use (PPE) protective hearing, eyewear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets weekly
- Other duties as necessary
- Maintain/store all maintenance inventory items as designed per/for ERP
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified applicant must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four (4) years of mechanical/maintenance experience
- May require daily or weekend overtime
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, boilers, chillers/glycol, air, process piping)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe, sanitary, and efficient condition. This position will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the cultivation and manufacturing site’s business goals and objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities/Task
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on irrigation, cultivation, production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems (to provide a continuous supply of heat, cooling, electrical, power, gas, or air required for operations).
- Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations.
- Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Stay up to date on new products, equipment, technology and techniques.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Instruct and assist lower-level technicians.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s.
- Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to Manager.
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Follow all required work safe practices. This would include lockout-tagout requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Formal Engineering/Maintenance Training desired.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably cannabis or food and beverage industry, AND
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with one or more technical experiences: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC. AND
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment.
- Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems and independently take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work in a wet environment with moderate to high noise volume.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
- Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Grow Facility is seeking a maintenance technician. You will be responsible for the safe operation and repair of all the equipment at our 9,000 SF indoor grow facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, plumbing, and construction with a concentration in HVAC. You will be solely responsible for diagnosing and repairing all mechanical systems.
Day to day tasks vary from routine maintenance such as changing HVAC filters, painting, changing light bulbs to the complexity of completely repairing a 5-ton unit, compressor, boards, switches, capacitors or even adding a circuit to a panel. We have 60+ tons of RTU & Split Systems to maintain in good working order.

You should be the type of person who is ok with working on projects with only minor oversight from the executive team. You will need excellent transportation for quick runs to the hardware store (gas compensated), and a company van is provided for all large equipment pick-ups if a delivery is not supported.
You also will need a smart phone that can handle basic functions as we communicate via apps such as slack/email/etc.
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
-Must be available for on call emergencies, although this is vary rare.
-Must be able to crawl into tight spaces and climb ladders for roof work.

- Create maintenance Inspection Log for all assets / equipment. Recommend repair and/or replacement based on evaluation of records and inspections. Routinely review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment.
- Self-perform and/or manage the installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure.
- Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, and records for all assets and parts.
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance budget, track all costs, and estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work. Prepare and manage capital equipment installation projects.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing maintenance programs and self-performing general maintenance on mid-sized facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining food production and packaging lines (preferred)
- General knowledge and hands-on experience working on a variety of HVAC systems, including packaged roof top units and large split systems, knowledge of building automation control systems
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and strong management skills.
- General knowledge and hands-on experience working with high voltage electrical, including 480v, 3-phase.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, be able to multi-task and be a self-starter.
- Regulations restrict individuals with felony convictions relating to cannabis or assault.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed
- Timely completion of work lists
- Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
- Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Keep a log of maintenance performed
- Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
- Have keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys
- Patrol building exterior for garbage
- Maintain Landscaping vendor
- Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)
- Maintain HVAC contractor
- Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
- Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies
- Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required
- Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required
- Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
- Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Monitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
- Use protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessary
- Properly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weekly
- Other duties as necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
- Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
- Relevant technical knowledge
- HVAC Certified (preferred)
- Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus

Skilled Facility Maintenance Technician

Reporting directly to the Facility Operations Manager, you will work to support all facility operations and maintenance, preserving maximum facility efficiency and ensuring the overall smooth operation of a world-class cannabis cultivation facility.
Your Tasks:
- Perform preventative and light general maintenance throughout the facility to ensure safety, functionality, and facility aesthetics. This includes, but not limited to, inspecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and the repair of equipment, building systems and greenhouses systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industry specific equipment.
- The safe operation of material handling equipment
- Work across multiple teams to expand knowledge through cross-functional training
- Complete daily inspections and recording of required data
Qualifications
- All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be considered
- Minimum of two-years electrical trade experience
- The ability to troubleshoot using complex electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings
- Forklift Operators License, OSHA training certificate or the ability to obtain necessary job-related certificate / licenses within two-months
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a small team-based environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail
- Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (e-mail, spreadsheets) required
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- The ability to work on ladders 10 feet above ground level at times
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
- The ability to work in a greenhouse environment with elevated temperatures and sun exposure for an extended period
