COMMCAN IS HIRING AT OUR BRAND NEW DISPENSARY LOCATED IN REHOBOTH MA JOIN OUR TEAM! LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC DISPENSARY AGENTS READY TO ASSIST OUR ADULT USE CLIENTS
CommCan is family owned and operated by Massachusetts natives without any outside investment. We are hiring Dispensary Associates (DA) to work at our newest facility located in Rehoboth MA. The DA is the primary contact between our customers and the company. They are responsible for educating customers about Commcan products and providing an excellent customer service experience. The ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding how to meet the customers’ needs will be a top requirement. Using the point of sale system will be another key area of accountability for the Dispensary Associate. The DA will practice and be compliant with state regulations and with Commcan’s standard operating procedures and protocol. Have the ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment that is grounded in servicing the customer and rooted in company growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-end customer service experience with focus centered on customer engagement and education while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and CommCan SOP's
- Must have a can-do attitude at all times with a strong work ethic focused on our long term Commcan mission.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal cannabis industry from an adult use standpoint.
- Ensure proper, accurate record keeping with CommCan's tracking software and the State's online database
- Must have awareness of current product availability with an ability to describe the production process behind each and every one of Commcan’s products.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling and managing patient information.
- Assists with the presentation of a well stocked store front that is clean, safe and secure ensuring a positive retail experience.
- Accurately execute sales transactions via the point of sale system in an efficient manner.
- Keep a current understanding of trends and research in the cannabis industry and have the ability to help customers with up to date information and knowledge base.
- Approach each and every customer interaction with a positive attitude, a welcoming tone of voice and effective communication skills that helps validate the customers concerns and needs.
- Be sensitive and empathetic to the needs of each and every customer.
- Aware of state reporting system and compliance regulations and how that affects customer purchasing limits.
- Must always be aware this is a heavily regulated industry with focus shifted toward license compliance.
- Completes any other duties assigned in a professional and timely manner.

- Two years experience in team-based customer service focused retail environment.
- Experience with point of sale systems and cash management with a focus on register accountability.

CommCan is a family company, owned and operated by Massachusetts natives without any outside investment. CommCan is looking for Pot Washers for our Cultivation Facility who will wash the pots used for cannabis growing.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive tasks;
- Wash plant pots all day;
- Wash bins and help out with other cleaning tasks as needed;
- Show attention to detail while working;
- Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times.
Requirements
- 21+ years old; Consent and pass a comprehensive background check;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail;
- Dependable and hardworking attitude;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;

CommCan is a family company, owned and operated by Massachusetts natives without outside investors. CommCan is looking for Cultivation Associates due to an exciting expansion. Cultivation Associates are responsible for performing all cultivation duties as directed by the Director of Cultivation and the Cultivation Manager. The Cultivation Associates must be willing to abide by CommCan policies and procedures as well as CCC compliance requirements. The Cultivation Associates will work closely with our Cultivation Management, and other departments. The Cultivation Associate will perform other duties as requested.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Watering, cloning, transplanting, defoliating, pruning, harvesting and moving plants;
- Maintaining a sanitary and organized work environment at all times; this includes routing cleanings in all areas of cultivation;
- Caring for and maintaining plants throughout the entire life cycle; clone to harvest;
- Oversee one or several grow rooms and perform daily walk throught of assigned room(s);
- Performing IPM (integrated pest management) as needed;
- Recording and destroying plant waste daily;
- Follow and adhere to all operational guidelines and compliance policies and procedures per CommCan and the Cannabis Control Commission(CCC);
- Perform all other duties as requested by management.
