One Plant is looking for responsible Packaging Associates to fulfill positions of trust within our company. These highly-trusted individuals will be responsible for trimming, packaging, and labeling products in our processing center. You will be an integral representative of the company responsible for teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency of the in-house operations to increase profitability and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is a Full-Time position, including weekends.
- Trim and package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using equipment to trim, fill, package and label cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / vials with liquids / oils / etc.
- Apply and ensure accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic
- Be a team player
- Ongoing training on various machines and equipment
- Read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions
- Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or weekend hours
- Requires use of personal protective equipment including eye wear, gloves, respiratory protection equipment and/or hearing protection
- Work is performed in manufacturing and lab settings with biohazard/various chemicals
- Must keep work environment clean at all times
- Ability to work with various levels of noise
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous cannabis trimming experience is a plus, but not required
- Must PASS a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be 21 years of age or older

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a best in class patient experience in accordance with One Plant standards.
- Speak with patients over the phone and in person regarding FAQs that may include the following:
- General questions about cannabis and specific One Plant FL cannabis products.
- General questions about how to become a patient and make the most of the current FL medical marijuana program.
- Create and execute patient orders in seed-to-sale software and the OMMU registry.
- Maintain a patient log.
- Follow up with patients post order to gather and communicate feedback on products and service.
- Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to Customer Care Manager(s), Director of Retail Operations, Delivery Manager, and other managers and executives that may require such information.
- Apply and ensure the accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders.
- May be required to visit other One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.
- Operate daily as both a patient advocate and a company advocate
- Adhere to the Florida Statues for THC and CBD products, as well as regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies such as OSHA.
- Be a visible ambassador of the Store’s brands and promise.
- Required competency to learn, understand, and accurately perform functionality within:
- Seed-to-sale POS/CRM (Biotrack THC)
- FL Dept. of Health OMMU Patient Registry
- Delivery software task management

- This is a Full-Time, shift C position: shift hours are Friday-Sunday 6:00am to 7:00pm
- Trim and package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using equipment to trim, fill, package and label cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / vials with liquids / oils / etc.
- Apply and ensure accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic

- Ongoing training on various machines and equipment
- Read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions
- Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or weekend hours

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Call Center Associate that will be the liaison between One Plant and its current and potential patients. The successful candidate will take ownership for effectively solving patient concerns, issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operate daily as both a patient advocate and a company advocate
· Required competency to learn, understand, and perform functionality within:
· Seed-to-sale POS/CRM (Biotrack THC)
· FL Dept. of Health OMMU Patient Registry
· Delivery software task management
· Microsoft Office suite; gmail/google suite;
· Desire to constantly learn and seek out new information about cannabis as a medicine and understand cannabis in general. Call center associates will work with in-house cannabis experts, including our Chief Medical Officer, to continue their journey of cannabis education.
· Speak with patients over the phone and in person regarding FAQs that may include the following:
· General questions about cannabis and specific One Plant FL cannabis products
· General questions about One Plant FL locations and delivery zones/schedules
· General questions about how to become a patient and make the most of the current FL medical marijuana program
· Create and execute patient orders in seed-to-sale software and the OMMU registry.
· Maintain a patient log
· Follow up with patients post order to gather and communicate feedback on products and service.
· Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to Customer Care Manager(s), Director of Retail Operations, Delivery Manager, and other managers and executives that may require such information.
· Apply and ensure the accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders
· Help maintain orders@ inbox and update CRM and patient log as necessary. Office manager may forward relevant emails to Patient Care Reps from the info@ inbox as well.
· May be required to support physician outreach team by working with physicians over the phone and face to face. May even be required to participate in lunch and learn events, trade shows, industry events, and visit physician and other stakeholder offices to inform groups and professionals of medical cannabis in Florida.
· May be required to participate in door-to-door delivery patient transactions or help train dispensary associates in our brick and mortar transactions.
· May be required to visit other 3 Boys/One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.
· Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
· Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to their direct report.
· Bilingual and multi-lingual are encouraged to apply, but not required.
