As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager you will lead all social media and influencer marketing. The person in this role will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing our social media and influencer strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts across the Papa & Barkley portfolio of brands. You will be expected to both create and brief on graphic and video social content. This person will work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Logistics, Sales, and Creative and will be part of the Marketing Team’s focus on newly developed strategic business extensions as we expand our brand portfolio under the Papa & Barkley family.
- Develop, implement and manage social media & influencer strategy for each relevant platform
- Experience in graphic design, typography, layout and composition as well as video editing skills when it comes to creating social media content
- Develop and manage content calendar to express brand personality, key brand priorities and emerging trend moments
- Create social media video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other emerging platforms
- Actively engage with social media followers via daily postings across platforms, direct messages, comments, etc.
- Prepare brand relevant copy for all posts and work with designers to ensure content is informative, current and on brand

Qualities You Should Have:
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
- 4+ years of experience working in social media and working with affiliate or influencer marketing networks, ideally in the cannabis, wellness or other consumer products space
- Have a strong passion for all things cannabis
- Exceptional knowledge of existing social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube

What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the P&B team as we strive to enhance the employee experience for our workforce. What You’ll Be Doing
Our growing organization is currently accepting applications for the role of Facilities Intelligence Coordinator (FIC), which is our version of security guard. The successful candidate will be responsible for the security and safety of our properties, working in a master surveillance control room to monitor the company’s 20+ facilities and vehicles located throughout the State. The FIC will periodically tour an assigned facility in Eureka to identify any irregularities, observe protection and fire control equipment, uphold order, and enforce regulations for the facility in regard to the premises, personnel and visitors. We are looking for a Facilities Intelligence Coordinator that can be flexible with their schedule as needed.
Essential Duties Include:
- Convey a sense of calm professionalism at all times, promote the maintenance of order, and establish a safety/security presence for staff, visitors, and passersby 
- Submit standardized hourly and daily surveillance data entry reports regarding the safety and security of facilities, vehicles, equipment, and systems 
- Monitor safety systems, including fire alarms, CO2 monitors, freezer temperatures, etc. 
- Complete standard reports and checklists as directed   
- Respond to alarms by checking cameras, investigating as needed, assessing the situation, and then implementing appropriate action per designated company protocols and procedures
- Regularly patrol designated premises to maintain order and establish a safety/security presence 
- De-escalate conflict when necessary
- Investigate suspicious activity per designated company protocols and procedure

- When directed to do so, re-watch recorded video footage to gather surveillance data and then generate summary reports

What You Will Be Doing:
The Hash Production Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of the Hash Production and Pack-Out teams and their processes. This leader also collaborates with the Procurement Team for intake and testing of raw cannabis materials. Accountable for the safety, quality, and cost of the Hash Production inventory and Hash Team.
Essential Duties Include:
- Lead, manage and support staff and needs as related to Hash Production and Hash Pack-Out
- Ensure Hash team members have appropriate training, communication, direction and feedback
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- Incorporate and manage Hash Production and Hash Pack-Out organization and lab cleanliness with production personnel.
- Manage and hold accountable staff for inventory, quality, systems, Hash Production execution, GMP, safety, BCC and UDPH compliance in areas of responsibility.

The Metrc Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrity and accuracy of data within (the Cannabis seed to sale software) Metrc. This includes will be processing transfers, creating packages and assigning physical tags to ensure the accurate tracking of all cannabis items moving in and out of our Los Angeles distribution location.
Note that this position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19 safety procedures in place but will report to our Atwater Village location long-term.
Essential Duties Include:
- Maintaining Metrc records and ensuring that all finished goods inventory is properly recorded
- Entering all data entry within Metrc system for the direct to dispensary business
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data entries to the system and reconciling any outstanding transfers within defined timeframes
- Ensuring the consistent inventory of physical Metrc tags
- Working with the entire logistics team to effectively communicate any and all metrc work done directly to a dispensary in a timely manner
- Analyzing systems to identify key performance indicators that will help the department become more efficient
- Performing collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with company’s guidelines and standards
- Performing data validation and storage of various project documents
- Providing data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required
- Preparing data for reporting, meetings and presentations

POSITION
This role is primarily responsible for ensuring consistent quality and compliance in cannabis intake, processing of intermediates, and distribution of finished goods. All QA personnel remain current regarding Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) and any other International Standards Organization (ISO) jurisdictions in which P&B operates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Quality Assurance of infused products, reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. The scope of the Quality Assurance Staff must be adaptable to change, capable of influencing accountability and safety through leadership by example, capable of troubleshooting automated document control systems via user manual and online resources, able to interface with a variety of professional backgrounds, and capable of determining solutions that minimize stock flow disruptions while ensuring proper inventory and compliance reporting.

OPPORTUNITY
Papa & Barkley is seeking a Vice President of Sales with the experience and enthusiasm to proactively lead and support the Sales Team in meeting and exceeding top line revenue goals across an expanding portfolio of products in the California dispensary market.
This position will actively engage with dispensaries and our 16-members sales team to cultivate and deepen retail partnerships, expand our market presence, and drive growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
