Nature’s Medicines Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks and delivers items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Manage menus (on online and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock and promote product sales
- Work seamlessly with other Marketing, social media, Email Marketing, and Menu Specialists.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS*

As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients. The Store Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations for the store, which include effective performance management in coordination with the People Relations team, execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and the patient order fulfillment processes.
