Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Horticulture or Plant Science a Plus
- 5+ years as a Head Grower in a Commercial Indoor Operation
- 5+ years commercial agriculture experience preferred
- Must be a strong leader with an acute business sense
- Expertise and knowledge with nutrients and soil mediums (hydroponics preferred)
