The Bookkeeper will report directly to the Senior Accountant and will be responsible for supporting the accounting function with data entry and AP for multiple entities in multiple states.

Responsibilities:
- Precise and timely journal entries
- Manage accounts/books
- Post all company transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
- Audit all incoming invoices to ensure no negligent expenditures
- Responsible for month end and yearly closeouts
- Oversee intercompany reconciliation
- Manage various accounts receivable duties
- Be available for operations and store support regarding financial/accounting matters
- Reconcile daily cash/debit deposits and follow up on cash variances
- Track all vendor credits
- Enter daily retail sales
- Maintain and cultivate vendor relationships
- Maintain and organize monthly sales taxes
- Update and reconcile invoice tracking sheets
- Bio-track and Metrc report generation and analysis
- Maintain office supplies and maintain office space
- Organize mailings; PO runs and be available for other assigned tasks

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting
- Dependable; timely; and comfortable multitasking in an ever-changing environment

OVERVIEW
