Security Personnel monitor the state-of-the-art security systems including alarms, video surveillance, and motion detectors. Security Personnel are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the Collective facility by verifying appropriate ID cards and other forms of identification. Authority & Supervision:
All Security Personnel will report directly to the Director of Security and the Assistant Director of Security.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Investigate, communicate, and provide leadership in the event of an emergency such as an intrusion, fire, or other threat which jeopardizes customers, authorized visitors, and Collective agents;
- Respond and investigate security situations and alarm calls; clearly document the incident and details surrounding the incident in a written report for the Director of Security;
- Help with the general interior and exterior property maintenance during periodic sweeps - ie. pick up any trash or cigarette butts, all necessary signage is in place, etc.;
- Assist with ensuring safe and smooth product transports however necessary;
- Oversee the entrance to the facility and verify credentials of each person seeking access to Collective’s facility;
- Answer routine inquiries or properly redirect;
- Maintain visitor log & entries;
- Escort authorized visitors in restricted access areas; and
- Perform security checks at designated intervals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.; related experience preferred. Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Tax Manager, the Sales Tax Analyst will be the first addition to our rapidly growing tax team. Skills & Qualifications:

Job Description:
Agrify is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR will be a critical member of Agrify’s Marketing team, leading the qualification of inbound and outbound leads, assisting with lead generation and driving interest and engaging with prospective customers. Job Description:
The Cultivation Technician will report directly to the R&D Facility Manager and is an essential member of the crop production team. This position is typically 40 hours a week, but certain phases of cultivation as well as research initiatives may require additional time and working hours may fluctuate.
Facilitating cultivation activities and garden production to include monitoring environmental factors, plant health analysis, equipment and tool maintenance, watering and fertilization system utilization, pest prevention and Integrated Pest Management, facility cleaning and sanitation, and all other aspects concerning crop management and facility operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of the company’s garden operations (propagation, vegetative, flower, and post-harvest phases) by following set production schedules, facility best practices, specific plant phase SOPs, and safety and sanitation guideline- Foster good plant nutrition practices through utilization of synthetic compounds and natural biologic additives as directed by R&D Facility Manager
- Willingness to perform physical labor when and where required as related to transplanting procedures, pest management, plant movement, propagation, pruning and de-foliation, post cultivation harvest actions, facility cleaning and organization as well as research trial data collection
- Ensure all facility PPE requirements are met and that PPE is applied and used correctly depending on the task and products to be used
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to prevent and mitigate contamination, keep employees safe and healthy, and ensure regulatory compliance with state and local regulatory agencies
- Collect and analyze irrigation solution and run off for chemical evaluation to ensure pH and EC are within desired range
- Record plant growth metrics, fill-out production logs, complete checklists, and accurately document harvest batch information through all growth phases
- Adhere to all bio and physical security measures outlined in the facility policies and SOPs to create and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant workplace environment
- Utilize required production tracking software platforms and their associated items and embrace responsibilities for accuracy of inventory, compliance reports, and execution of software engagement/actions
- Assist the R&D Facility Manager and other garden team members with new employee training, existing employee continuing education, and vendor/service provider training.
- The Cultivation Technician will also maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, conferences, and establishing personal industry networks as needed.
- Maintaining even growth plant canopies, diligence in pruning and trellising practices, thorough pest and disease scouting and identification, troubleshooting plant and equipment system complications, plant watering and feeding, and completing facility maintenance tasks when necessary.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimally a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and must be at least 21 years of age- Ideal candidates possess basic horticultural knowledge (indoor/outdoor, small/large scale, hobby/professional) and any commercial experience is a plus.
- This position requires the candidate be a self-motivated critical thinker focused on operational efficiencies.

This is a hands-on agricultural-style position based on full cultivation activities and product responsibility for the company’s operations. The Cultivation Technician handles routine, detailed concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously, and is a dependable member of the cultivation team regarding punctuality and performance. The Cultivation Technician will be tasked with physical labor activities requiring the full range of body mobility to include standing most of the workday, fine motor skills for plant manipulation, working in warm humid environments, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 – 100 lbs. of weight repeatedly. The Cultivation Technician will need to demonstrate proper ergonomic form and posture, follow all OSHA guidelines and requirements while on site to ensure a safe workplace, and overall be a durable employee with respect to the physical requirements of the cultivation team’s assigned tasks.
Travel:
Any/most travel will be primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected for emergency supply runs, industry conferences and company events.

The Marketing Director is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of articulating messages of relevance, attracting new customers through a variety of channels, engaging customers through both inbound and outbound campaigns, using evidence to optimize results, and leading both internal and agency teams by example.

Job Description - Research and Development (R&D) Manager
Summary of Role
To supervise and manage the daily hemp cultivation activities (propagation, vegetative, flower, and post-harvest phases) of the company’s R&D test facility to include physical labor (plants and equipment) as well as digital work (software and reporting). The R&D Manager will oversee the performance of garden employees, educate and train staff on horticultural best practices, ensure research trial are correctly and accurately performed, maintain production documents (data recordkeeping), and operate compliantly per state program rules and regulations. The R&D Manager will report to the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), maintain relationships with supply vendors, track materials inventory, and overall ensure the facility is capable of cultivating an uninterrupted supply of hemp material for R&D purposes.
Qualifications and Skillsets
The R&D Manager must minimally have a Bachelors Degree in Plant Science, Horticulture or related field. Ideal candidates will possess four to five years of commercial agricultural experience, with a minimum of three years of operations and staff management responsibility. This position needs to be a manager of plants, people and processes, be discipline driven and detail oriented regarding notes and numbers, as well as have the ability to effectively communicate. Preferred professional characteristics include a solutions-forward approach to problem solving, strong computer literacy, respecting set goals and striving for expected results, and the ability to strategically plan. The R&D Manager should have high-level hemp industry and market knowledge, understand crop maintenance actions (IPM, pruning/de-leafing, spacing), and know how to create positive workplace relationships.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations
- Optimize grow recipes (plant and spectral manipulation) and manage all cultivation infrastructure systems to include plumbing (PVC, pex), electrical wiring, PLC controllers, HVAC and fan coils, water chillers and boilers, dehumidifiers, water RO systems and pumps, and fertigation equipment (dosatron injectors and peristaltic pumps).
- Develop and control the cultivation environmental parameters on a hemp strain-by-strain basis to include selecting the amounts and types of nutrients applied, the relative humidity, temperature set points, DLI, PPFD, and IPM protocols.
- Examine and understand how different grow media and nutrient profiles impact hemp cannabinoid profiles and content to better understand how pH ranges, moisture levels, and organic matter ratios correlated with specific varietals impact terpene and phytochemical plant properties.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate inventories of required cultivation supplies such as fertilizers, growth media, pesticides, fungicides, trellis, employee PPE, and all other customary and usual materials, tools, and utensils for commercial R&D cultivation.
- Effectively manage a team of 5+ individuals and ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and state regulations and provide corrective actions/discipline when applicable.
- Present to senior leadership on a regular basis a summary of plant growth activities (test results), rationale for experimental protocols, horticultural research trial findings, staffing plans, production schedules, budget needs, and supply chain considerations.
- Lead R&D cultivation team to consistently deliver target crop production (yield and quality), uphold positively consistent crop health (upholding biosecurity and applying IPM), establishing crop schedules, and overall ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant investigatory R&D at the facility.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate healthy plant stock for experiments (eliminating availability as gating factor) and training staff and potential clients on garden readiness strategies to include seed germination and starting stock. Further, the R&D Manager will provide remote support to client operators as needed.

Strong computer literacy is a must and the ability to use internet applications, software platforms (i.e. METRC), word processing and spreadsheet programs, and project management software is required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
This is a hands-on agricultural-style position based on full cultivation activities and product responsibility for the company’s operations. The R&D Manager handles routine, detailed concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously, and is a dependable member of the operations team regarding punctuality and performance. The R&D Manager will be tasked with manual labor activities requiring the full range of body mobility to include standing most of the workday, fine motor skills for plant manipulation, working in warm humid environments, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 – 100 lbs. of weight. The R&D Manager will need to demonstrate proper ergonomic form and posture, follow all OSHA guidelines and requirements while on site to ensure a safe workplace, and overall be a durable employee with respect to the physical requirements of the research team’s assigned tasks.
Travel
Any/most travel will be primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected for emergency supply runs and conference attendance.
Desired Employee Attributes
- If required by any state program, the mandated current employee badge or license and any associated/required agricultural certificates;
- Experience and competency operating an automated cultivation control system (Argus, Rhythm, Priva); and
- Employment experience in a regulated hemp and/or cannabis program.
