Inside Sales Representative
Find, develop, and grow new business accounts including growing existing revenue streams, supporting Field Sales Representatives, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be a proactive, contributing member of the sales team, help target and close deals.
- Engage with potential new customers through cold calls, emails and leads in Hubspot.
- Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.
- Effectively work and communicate with the sales team, marketing and other departments.
- Rigorously document communications and keep up to date the customer relationship management.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone cold calls and emails.
- Generate new leads for sales reps with growers, cannabis testing labs and large industrial cultivators.
- Proactively research new state licenses /Regulations and other potential grows / opportunities.
- Develop and propose bi-annual business plans for the territory, focusing on quarterly and annual sales objectives in accordance with overall Sales and Marketing plans.

- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.

We are looking for an Customer Support Specialist
Primary Function: Front line customer support for all inbound customer sales and service inquiries as well as sales order management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound customer service inquiries and direct calls/emails/chats to the appropriate team or individual
- Manage all inbound orders including their review and approval
- Maintain direct contact with all customers and build relationships with key accounts
- Support the sales team (territory managers)

Non-Cannabis Inventory Control Specialist (Beverly) is responsible for aiding the team in all facets of non-cannabis inventory maintenance. This role will receive shipments and play an integral role in preparing and processing physical inventory and routine cycle counts. This position will be responsible for working with all departments dealing with packaging and raw ingredients. This is primarily a data entry position working in our Leaf Logix Inventory software. It is imperative that the non-cannabis inventory be accurately tracked at all times. Assisting with the counting of physical inventory on a monthly basis will be required and tied back to the inventory system to maintain accuracy. The ideal candidate must me detail oriented and work well in a team atmosphere. No inventory experience required. Will train the right candidate.
This role is responsible for tracking all-non medicated and medicated products through Leaflogix and Metrc.

The Security Supervisor will work with the Director of Security to assist the General Manager (GM), in the planning, coordinating, and directing of all functions relating to the security of ARL Healthcare facilities. Serve as a liaison to coordinate activities with local, state, federal law enforcement and local fire departments as needed. Oversee and adhere to all policies, procedures and personnel involved with securing, storage, disposal, and transportation of medical and adult-use cannabis to ensure strict compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (“CCC”) regulations; supervise all security agents and perform agent duties when necessary.

- 4-6 years relative security or law enforcement experience
