Our goal is to become disruptors in the cannabis business delivering excitement and opportunity for those who want to be great. We are looking for a high performing Sales Representative working closely with our field sales team in delivering revenue, display, visibility and brand education goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and has the passion and drive to execute on key strategies and directives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territory, ranking the accounts based on opportunity and patient counts
- Solicit, secure, and develop new accounts, drive sales with existing accounts and establish key customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets (KPI’s) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor customer, and competitor trends and provide a periodic market analysis
- Maintain regular communication with our customers while developing the sales territory via face-to-face dispensary visits
- Schedule, coordinate and execute events to promote our brands and educate our partners and patients on our products (Some weekend and evening events are required)
- Develop promotional plans, advertising programs, and educational initiatives to drive sales with customers
- Direct accounts in proper and effective merchandising and consumer awareness of our brands by building diverse product assortment, guiding proper shelf management positions, develop and execute clear and effective brand merchandising standards including visibility and display
- Maintain and update a database of contacts for each of our wholesale partners
- Create excitement and coordinate the launch of new wholesale products
- Solicit wholesale orders and assist in the customer facing fulfillment process
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
- Embody the mission, vision, culture, values, while fully supporting our purpose, goals, and objectives
Requirements:
- High level of professionalism and experience working within a well-organized, sales-oriented company
- Must be highly organized, with keen attention to detail and possess good time management skills
- An entrepreneurial drive and proven 4-5 years of demonstrated success in field sales, CPG preferred
- Strong networking skills required for lead generation/business development
- Considered a "closer" and can provide evidence to support direct sales achievements
- Excellent computer skills including strength in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of and experience in the cannabis industry preferred, but not required
- Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle to successfully manage territory sales coverage
- Role may require some evening and weekend activities, as well as occasional out of state travel for sales training, conferences, industry events.
We offer a comprehensive salary/bonus package based on experience and aptitude.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

The Security Supervisor will work with the Director of Security to assist the General Manager (GM), in the planning, coordinating, and directing of all functions relating to the security of ARL Healthcare facilities. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism necessary to provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, patients, and visitors. Serve as a liaison to coordinate activities with local, state, federal law enforcement and local fire departments as needed. Oversee and adhere to all policies, procedures and personnel involved with securing, storage, disposal, and transportation of medical and adult-use cannabis to ensure strict compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (“CCC”) regulations; supervise all security agents and perform agent duties when necessary.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-6 years relative security or law enforcement experience
- At least 2 years experience supervising employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- At least 1 year experience in the cannabis industry preferred
Education and Professional Requirements:
- Highschool or Equivalent
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.

Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility located in New Bedford Industrial Park looking to hire a full time Janitor immediately!
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by performing various cleaning duties
- Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule
- Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and windows
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and qualify to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis industry
- Ability to learn quickly and interest in learning new technologies
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time
