The primary responsibilities of the Production Technician - Gummy Kitchen are to prep, cook, and package cannabis infused edibles products for dispensing to patients. The Production Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to qualified patients in Massachusetts when needed. The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.

Job Description
The Production Supervisor will report to the Production and Packaging Manager and will assist with multiple processes within the Trim and Pack department. Under the direction of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager, the Supervisor will ensure that associates are performing their duties related to trim and pack. This position manages and has 20 to 30 direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Competent in all trim and pack tasks and works hands-on in the department daily
- Works with the Processing Supervisor on daily tasks in the department
- Supervises staff/department to ensure responsibilities are being met and work is being completed timely
- Understands, compiles, completes and maintains reports needed for management review to include recordkeeping
- Ability to coach staff, address issues and offer constructive feedback when required
- Shows the capability to communicate with management and all other co-workers on a professional basis

Role Overview
Curaleaf is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Security Supervisor with proven leadership skills to join our team. The Security Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of our Security Manager developing and managing the implementation of site-specific security programs. Responsibilities include ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
Role Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and implementation of a security program that standardizes Facility Security, Emergency Management, Delivery, Access control, and VMS installation/management
- Collaborates with local and regional Curaleaf business and Compliance partners

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:

Summary
Responsible for HVAC equipment onsite, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts. - Working with contractors and vendors
- Performing troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform building maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Paints, installs drywall and makes interior changes as required
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.

Summary:
The IPM Supervisor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management plan for the facility using approved pesticides, and biocontrol agents in compliance with all state laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Supervise and train a team of IPM technicians that will be responsible for applying all compounds in a safe and effective manner
- Routinely scout for all plant pests, generating treatment maps for all IPM technicians to follow
- Schedule IPM work orders, including pesticide applications
- Maintain detailed application schedules for chemicals and biological control agents
- Maintain IPM records and documents, including weekly Scouting Report and Spray Log.
- Manage the cleaning and routine maintenance of all application equipment and sprayers
- Ensure that proper REI notifications are disseminated to the facility and posted where appropriate
- Oversee physical and digital product inventory by forecasting supply needs, ordering product, inventory tracking and ensuring that locations have proper PPE and supplies
- Maintains all pesticides in an appropriate and compliant manner
- When necessary, work closely with the fertigation team to inject drench materials into the fertigation system to control root pests
- Able to wear PPE as appropriate, including respiratory protection, and able to be exposed to hot, wet, humid conditions while wearing PPE
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with Maintenance teams to verify equipment is properly calibrated and in working order
- Assist with weekly cultivation tasks as needed
Education and/or Experience
- Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent job experience
- Ability to obtain a Private Pesticide Applicator's license within 90 days from hire and stay up to date on approved products available for use on medical cannabis
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial cannabis IPM programs
- Minimum two years' experience as IPM Lead
- Experience with crop growing and IPM systems and the implementation of those systems
- Ability to comply with established safety standards

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Cultivation Manager will manage a large-scale cultivation facility in Webster, MA. Their primary responsibilities will be to manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, topping, flushing, foliar, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management. The company operates under the highest standards of professionalism. Meticulous attention to detail is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale cultivation facility
- Hire a world-class cultivation/horticulture team
- Manage all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management
- Programming and monitoring of computerized climate control systems
- Maintain indoor cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen per Curaleaf SOP's
- Lead and manage the Cultivation team
- Perform all cultivation tracking and record-keeping functions within the seed to sale electronic system remaining in compliance with the department's rules and regulations
- Responsible for ensuring the training of the entire cultivation team
- Competent in all cultivation tasks, as well as all responsibilities of the assistant grower, fertilizer and IPM tech
- Manage plant scheduling to accurately project all facility requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maximize high-quality yield with efficiency and attention to production costs
- Catalog and track each individual strain from clone to harvest
- Oversee IPM program, including the elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Adept at industry best-practices and current on new techniques and insight with respect to the nutrients of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments to different lighting systems and setups
- Comprehensive knowledge of cannabis
- Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales, and compliance audits
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements
- Execute and maintain world-class facility maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Responsible for independently managing the grow in a rotational schedule on weekends
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years cultivation experience as a head grower, or equivalent
- Mastery of all grow mediums (soil, coco, etc.) and irrigation methods (hand-water, sub-irrigation, drip systems)
- Must be an outstanding team-builder
- Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, and environmental control
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and toxicity
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail
- Competency in the use of climate computer controls (Priva, Argus, Hoogendoorn, Damatex), and automated irrigation systems
- Competency in making irrigation menu's from individual fertilizer components
- Competency in the scheduling of employees
- Competence in building plant schedules

Cultivation Technician
Summary The Cultivation Technician is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Cultivation Technicians are the eyes and ears of the facility. In May 2020, DHN will be launching its line of branded flower, using DHN genetics cultivated by our customers.
The logistics associate will report to the sales and logistics supervisor and will be responsible for processing, checking, verifying, and packaging orders for shipment. The position requires strong Metrc and computer skills. The role will require a detailed oriented person who lives to be accurate, and who is a good problem solver. As an internally focused role you must be able to get along with all staff as you will be interacting with each department. You will ensure shipping and receiving functions are completed in accordance with Dark Heart standards and procedures.
You will be joining a highly motivated team that work in the fast-paced cannabis industry. Applicants must have at least two years of operations and 1 year cannabis experience. Applicants must be at least 21, and able to pass a background check once a conditional offer is extended.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (INCLUDED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Help manage inventory ready to be sold
- Prepare customers final orders once received from inside sales
- Build Boxes
- Oversee quality of product
- Reject damaged goods and correct or refer problems accordingly
- Oversee water maintenance for the product
- Continuously look for ways to improve daily processes
- Assist with updating operational standard operating procedures quarterly
- Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Ensure products are ready for delivery on time
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid product shortage
- Monitor and report to manager any shortage of supplies
- Follow safety and quality standards.
- Strong computer literacy and database management
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Shipments sent on time and complete
- Inventory coordinated with inventory manager and accurate
- Supplies stocked and on-hand
- Occasional long hours and some weekends especially during the busy season March - May
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- 1-year experience in a similar role
- Horticulture experience preferred
- Strong Metrc skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Skills, Competencies, and Knowledge
- Attention to fine detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Basic mathematics
- Proficient in or willingness to try new systems (i.e. asana, google docs. etc.)

Overview:
Alternative Therapies Group, Inc is a vertically integrated medical and wellness cannabis operator in Massachusetts. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to join our company as a Cultivation Specialist.
As our Cultivation Specialist, you are responsible for efficiently setting up, maintaining, and resetting plants in flower rooms in a team setting while meeting company targets and policies. All tasks are assigned and performed with the goal of maximizing crop yield and potency while minimizing costs and ensuring compliance with all Massachusetts regulations. Commercial greenhouse experience is highly preferred, though not necessarily with cannabis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reliably executing cultivation tasks as determined by the Director of Cultivation and Assistant Manager of Cultivation.
- Maintaining flower rooms through routine pruning, de-leafing, and netting of plants.
- Staging flower rooms through moving, irrigating, and tagging plants.
- Assisting the propagation team with staging, transplanting, and tagging vegetative plants.
- Properly disposing of used grow material and sanitizing grow rooms post-harvest.
- Reporting any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development such as nutrient deficiencies/toxicities, diseases, insects, mold, and environmental discrepancies to the Director of Cultivation and Assistant Manager of Cultivation.
- Properly using/maintaining equipment and reporting signs of disrepair to management.
- Accurately documenting plant movements, plant deletions, and clone additions.
- Practicing safety regulations and policies.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all work spaces and assigned areas.
- Occasionally assisting the Production team with harvesting and post-harvest processing (bucking, trimming, drying, etc.)
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Cultivation Specialists must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School education.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Extensive knowledge of horticulture and botany.
- BS or AS in Horticulture/Floriculture/Biology/agriculture or related field preferred.
- Commercial greenhouse or outdoor agriculture experience (cannabis experience not required).
Skills & Abilities:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all employees.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
