Looking for multiple people to help run a indoor grow. Master Grower with 5+ years experience and an apprentice to help with the 35+ grow light grow with room to expand

Job Requirement:

• Do you have an operation that I can come out and observed?
• Do you references of companies that you worked for? Can I contact them?
• Can you relocate and not have to return to your home state consistently?
• Do you have an alcohol problem or meth problem? Lets save each other a lot of time because I do not want to get involved with you if you do. I would have to stop what we are doing in the middle of the process.
• No mafia degenerates please. I will require a background check on all that apply. I understand no one is perfect in this business so I want to keep the real bad guys out.
• Do you have money to relocate?
• Do have have any equipment like green houses , tractors, lighting, etc?
• Can you do electrician work?
• Can you do plumbing work?
• Can you do construction work which includes building green houses?

True North Organics of Utah, a greenhouse based cannabis cultivator in the Utah area, is seeking a Master Grower to run all cultivation operations. Primary job responsibilities will be assisting in the hiring/firing process, training employees, equipment purchasing, and carrying the day to operations of cannabis cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge responsibility for the entire grow operation
• Oversee, maintain, and care for cannabis crops at all stages of the harvesting cycle.
• Supervise consistent growth and nutrient plans of crops.
• Implement disease and pest management practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of genetic and grow techniques.
• Oversee proper procedures for a sanitary, safe, and compliant environment.
• Ability to grow multiple strains of cannabis regardless of complexity
• Supervise, manage and develop the members of your team
• Responsible for seed to sale tracking and reporting
• Providing weekly costs and expenses for growing operations (staff, nutrients, utilities, etc.)
• Submitting and obtaining testing results on strains
• Informing the team on maintenance updates, any issues, and proposed remedies (costs, expenses, timelines)
• Summarizing details and updates on the status of all genetics, including (all costs, expenses, timing, etc.)
• Pheno-Hunting
• Updating the team on any emergent matters that came up and how were they addressed
• Maintaining the total count of all plants in the cultivation facility

Qualifications

• College degree is desired, not required if requisite industry experience and ability
• Minimum 5 years of cannabis or related agriculture experience
• Management Experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be nimble and adaptable to changing conditions and requirements of the business and industry

Bonus Incentive Plan of up to 20% of salary.

It’s time to grow marijuana legally in Oklahoma. If your tired of getting your crops burned, seized, or not able to sell your product because of a saturated industry then please read the entire post. We are looking for a master grower of both indoor, and greenhouse grow. We also want to find a processor but this job will be posted in a separate job title. This will be a % percentage split on the grow for your income. We can grow an unlimited amount of plants here in Oklahoma legally. This is good for you. And of course you can make a lot of money. What we call Okie Growers here in Oklahoma are only able to grow GREENHOUSE weed that smells like farm hay.

What you have to work with:

• We have 3 dispensary license in OKC currently. Two of the dispensaries are now producing a profit and we are ready to launch the 3rd dispensary. We plan to expand and grow the dispensary business into 8 locations in the OKC and Tulsa area. This will make it easy for the partnership to sell our products.
• 17.5 acre farm that is cleared and flat. It has 2 pounds, 1 well, 1 septic, 1 propane, trailer hookups (electrical, gray tank and black tank), and a 3.5 bedroom house for you to live in on property. The property is secluded and hard to notice from the main road.
• 40 x 40 metal building has power ran that is separate power from the house. It also have plumbing, water, and restroom that can be used.
• 3 phase power: 3 phase is just .4 of a mile down the street so it will not cost much to get it installed. I believe it will cost me under 10K to get installed.
• Our property is 40 drive minutes from OKC. Their are large towns that are a quick drive to so you won’t feel like your to far out in the country.
• Oklahoma has zero restrictions on one company owning a processor license, grows, or dispensaries.
• Greenhouses: We have on order two 2500 sq feet green houses. Once of the green houses is a fully automated blackout green house and the second one is a none blackout green house.
• Kitchen: I also have a fully industrial kitchen at another location.
• I have all the licenses to run the business. You will work under my licenses.
• We also plan to build our own custom made green houses on the property.
• I currently have 1 dispensary that is not up and running. I would also work out a 25% ownership in the dispensary if you are interested and have the money to make it happen. You can own legally
• Almost free rent for the housing. I will require you to pay something just to keep the property intact. Oklahoma has the lowest rent price in the country. So imaging paying 1/16 of what you would in California.

Currently 95% of the growers here do not know how to grow top shelf weed in Oklahoma. They think it is top shelf but is more like a upper middle shelf. The price of top shelf indoor is $2500 unit. The price for outdoor is about $700 (hay smelling) to $1300 a unit. Understand that the Oklahoma pig farmers do not know how to grow like a pro. That is why I am searching for my next business parter to make some DANK GAS green house weed. I was raised here in Oklahoma and can tell you that Okies are cheaper then 2 coats of paint. So keeping the price down will get the bargain ounces out the door really fast through the dispensaries I own.
