JOB SUMMARY: This team member will be responsible for monitoring warehouse operations, assembling and packaging cannabis flower; including application of compliance labels, accurate counting, processing and packaging products for distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide on the job training to the Warehouse Production Technician and Product Transport Driver team members
2. Ensures training requirements are kept up to date

5. Responsible and accountable for quality control on the production line

13. Ensures that packaged products make it to their designated locations, such as loading zones or into inventory

16. Assure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements
17. Maintains all areas are clean and organized

DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT MANAGER
The distribution assistant manager assists in the inventory, fulfilment, logistics, distribution of goods, packaging, labeling, and testing of the product. Implements established processes for purchase order tracking, inventory management, updated customer contact information and tracking process to ensure orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s client service standards and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive
- Manages the initial training, ongoing work direction, and cross-training and daily delegation of tasks of the fulfilment and packaging teams.
- - Evaluates and suggest systems to improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
