JOB TITLE: Distribution Manager
ENTITY: Redding Rancheria Distribution LLC
REPORTS TO: RRELLC Chairperson
SALARY: Grade 28, Entry $62,400/annually
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
SUPERVISES: All Distribution team members
JOB SUMMARY: This team member will oversee all warehouse operations, sales orders, inventory management, intake process, packaging, and product delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive:
1. Responsible for all warehouse daily operations
2. Drive productivity by setting daily, weekly and long-term goals for the team
3. Responsible for contacting customers on product orders and placing new orders as requested
4. Coordinate and process all customer shipments with a focus on response time and accuracy
5. Responsible for ensuring training requirements are kept up to date
6. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate action in compliance with local and state law
7. Responsible for production requirements and quality standards are met consistently
8. Responsible for ensuring weight of product on table top scale or weighing machine is being done accurately
9. Responsible for ensuring product is properly stored and labeled to be in compliance with state law
10. Responsible for creating and assembling orders in Distru and Metrc
11. Able to meet changing and unexpected deadlines
12. Oversees labels are printed and applied to the final product and ensures all label information is in compliance with state law
13. Guaranteeing that all products are of proper quality and any defective products are discarded according to company practices
14. Oversees that packaged products make it to their designated locations, such as loading zones or into inventory
15. Responsible for managing appropriate levels of inventory
16. Works with RRELLC Chairperson on purchasing inventory when needed
17. Manage all day-to-day operations to maximize sales growth while focusing on operational efficiency and compliance
18. Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales
19. Uses company software to research, analyze, and track deliveries
20. Responsible for working with Finance Department on all invoices, and that they are submitted to accounting in a timely manner
21. Responsible for contacting customers on unpaid invoices and collecting payments
22. Collect, compile, and confirm payroll information to send to Payroll to process
23. Responsible for all areas of the warehouse are clean and organized
24. Manage warehouse, tools, suppliers and contractor’s issues for on-going operations
25. Hire, train, and develop the warehouse staff in all aspects of the business
26. Assure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements
27. Responsible for coaching, rewarding, and evaluation team member performance
28. Responsible for addressing performance development action as needed
29. Responsible for addressing complaints and disputes, resolving problems, and other administrative requirements of the department
30. Assists in developing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
31. Create and execute SOP’s for all of the above
32. Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Redding Rancheria Distribution LLC
33. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Redding Rancheria Distribution LLC guest service program
34. Other duties as assigned by RRELLC Chairperson
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

§ The ability to use wrists and hands for long periods of time is required

JOB SUMMARY: This team member will be responsible for monitoring warehouse operations, assembling and packaging cannabis flower; including application of compliance labels, accurate counting, processing and packaging products for distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive:
1. Provide on the job training to the Warehouse Production Technician and Product Transport Driver team members
2. Ensures training requirements are kept up to date
