Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team. KindlyMD (Utah Therapeutic Health Center) started as a cannabis specialty clinic, providing Medical Cannabis recommendations to qualified patients in Utah. We’ve since been recognized and applauded for setting the standard in exceptional cannabis education through videos, webinars, articles, guides, etc. In addition to the KindlyMD brand, this person will coordinate marketing efforts of our sister brands, UtahMarijuana.org and Discover Marijuana. This person will assist in the coordination of each, including but not limited to copywriting, copyediting, reporting, asset creation, outreach, project management, and more. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, positive, and has strong communication skills. They will enjoy collaborating in a positive, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work with such programs as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. While an ideal candidate has some prior experience with each of these, training will be provided. In this highly competitive market, our team works together, quickly and diligently, to make sure goals are met, and because of this, there may be times that this job requires you to assist others in the department, such as our Art Director, Content Producer, Social Media Coordinator, Community Programs Manager, or CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research & propose current online trends to benefit the company’s presence

· Assist in development and implementation of KindlyMD brand & content strategy

· Assist in the creation of physical and digital company assets, i.e. handouts, guides, brochures, website landing pages, signs, etc.

· Copywrite & copyedit for various company assets, including training materials, articles, press releases, website content, etc.

· Regularly prepare internal & external performance reports

· Coordinate industry outreach initiatives such as patient referral networks and recruitment & education events

· Propose, plan, & coordinate the setup and operation of the promotional event booth at local events, about once per month

· Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

· Exceptional attention-to-detail

· Some knowledge of print, digital, social media, and content marketing

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal

· High ability to manage time and accomplish multiple tasks

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but willing to train the right person

UTTHC is a Medical Cannabis specialty clinic & we are looking for passionate, hard-working, detail-oriented individuals to join our Patient Experience team as a leader in our special programs. Alongside our primary Med Card program, we offer a Med Card patient subsidy program (Uplift) and a mental health therapy program (Canna-Therapy). The Patient Experience Programs Lead is the go-to contact for patients in UTTHC’s Uplift and Canna-Therapy programs. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, compassionate, and has strong communication skills.

The PX Programs Lead works primarily on the phone and computer and is responsible for answering incoming calls as well as making outbound calls. Online chat, email, and text conversations are all part of the job. This person works within SalesForce/Health Cloud, EVS, Acuity, Simple Practice, and Microsoft Office; while an ideal candidate will have prior experience with Microsoft Office, training on the other programs will be provided. As our Uplift and Canna-Therapy programs grow and change, this job may require you to balance conflicting priorities to meet goals set by your supervisor.
