UTTHC is a Medical Cannabis specialty clinic & we are looking for passionate, hard-working, detail-oriented individuals to join our Patient Experience team as a leader in our special programs. Alongside our primary Med Card program, we offer a Med Card patient subsidy program (Uplift) and a mental health therapy program (Canna-Therapy). The Patient Experience Programs Lead is the go-to contact for patients in UTTHC’s Uplift and Canna-Therapy programs. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, compassionate, and has strong communication skills.
The PX Programs Lead works primarily on the phone and computer and is responsible for answering incoming calls as well as making outbound calls. Online chat, email, and text conversations are all part of the job. This person works within SalesForce/Health Cloud, EVS, Acuity, Simple Practice, and Microsoft Office; while an ideal candidate will have prior experience with Microsoft Office, training on the other programs will be provided. As our Uplift and Canna-Therapy programs grow and change, this job may require you to balance conflicting priorities to meet goals set by your supervisor.
