Position Summary:
The Cultivation Agent is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. Cultivation Agents will assist with all stages of the cultivation process to include planting, watering, fertilizing, trimming, pruning, and harvesting while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient production area. Agents will maintain and monitor plant production and quality control measures in compliance with state regulations and standards set by Standard Wellness.

- Ensure overall plant health by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming according to industry best practices and as directed by the Cultivation Manager
- Monitor plants throughout the grow process for disease and pest infestations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
- Assist Cultivation Manager with documentation of plants from germination to harvest, including tracking, lot numbers, and application of any product applied to any plant within the cultivation facility

Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age

JOB SUMMARY*
The goal is to effectively manage post-harvest processing staff to complete all post-harvest duties and data collection proficiently and with a high level of detail. The Post-Harvest Manager must be capable of delegating time and tasks to satisfactorily complete responsibilities, along with properly allocating labor to complete these duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Interview, manage, train, and direct Post-Harvest Associates, ensuring projects and goals are met. 
- Collaborate with and take direction from national cultivation team. 
- Analyze budgets and test out new procedures to improve quality and gain efficiencies.
- Responsible for providing administrative oversight to the Post-Harvest Leads.
- Effectively manage time and delegate duties to staff in accordance with approved national standard operating procedures.
- Compile reports, as requested.
- Monitor and assess progress against key performance indicator goals.
- Ensure deadlines and cultivation scheduling milestones are met.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork. 
- Enforce and Ensure all EPA & MSDS regulations are being properly utilized by Post-Harvest staff members. 
- Expert knowledge of trimming practices and techniques.
- Develop and lead regular staff meetings.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS *
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry with success in a large-scale indoor or greenhouse facility.

- Experience with budgeting and financial planning. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants.
- Take direction from the Post-Harvest Manager and leads
- Complete harvest in a safe and timely manner

- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest

JOB SUMMARY
Perfect Earth Modern Apothecaryis seeking a Pharmacist for our OgdenPharmacy. In this role, the Pharmacist ensures that our patients' needs are met and exceeds in delivering remarkable customer service. JOB DUTIES
- Obtains approval granted by the state and checks patient certifications through the secure online portal.
- Dispense medical cannabis medications based on patient's physician recommendations.
- Individual patient consultations to determine the best therapy in conjunction with the recommendations made by patient's physician.
- Maintains control of the inventory and rotates the inventory as needed.
- Submit and review the state prescription monitoring program.
- Maintain records along with removing outdated and damaged drugs from the dispensary inventory.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the managers and store staff through continual training on compliance, products, and best practices
- Adhere to and promote the culture of positivity, professionalism and compliance of policies and state regulations
- Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure that patients and caregivers are receiving accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate way
- Follow policies and procedures and execute all company programs for customer service, patient and visitor management, state compliance and safety and security guidelines
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
