Product Specialists will act as ambassadors of the company brand in a retail setting. The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized, motivated and passionate about their work. Working knowledge of cannabis products as well as current regulations is essential as this role will be given the task of preparing and dispensing, cannabis-based products under the direct supervision of the Store Manager. This role also requires a holistic understanding of the use and dosing effects of the products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance
- Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Work with the Manager and Assistant manager to maintain and organize inventory, validate that all UPC codes and menus reflect the correct product information and pricing
- Stay current on product and cannabis-related information and communicate this to the patients
- Enter customer and order information into the POS system, process payment, and finalize orders
- Responsible for inventory and cash reconciliation procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local regulations
- Answer questions and provide guidance on cannabis products and local restrictions
- Keep all areas of the store clean and clutter-free throughout the day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
- Proven prior professional experience with cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center required
- 2+ years of administrative customer relations/customer service and retail experience
- Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email, and other electronic means in order to effectively explain all variations of cannabis products to guests
- Excellent computer skills working within a POS system as well as a cash register and payment processing systems
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while in our customer-based environment or representing our brand
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check

The Jr. Staff Accountant will provide financial support to the Director of Finance. The Jr. Staff Accountant will maintain financial records and perform general accounting support such as reconciliations, journal entries, and industry specific transactions. We are an all-hands-on-deck, team-oriented Finance group with everyone rolling their sleeves up to get the job done in a fast paced, continuously developing environment. The ideal person for this position is someone who is eager to learn and support a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting duties for a variety of accounts in a multi-company environment.
- Accurately preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Timely preparation and completion of monthly close tasks as well as throughout the month.
- Working closely within and outside of Finance to ensure compliance with process and policies.
- Strict adherence to financial controls and company policies.
- Ad-hoc technical accounting research and other duties as required to help the team meet its objectives.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Willing to consider fresh graduates
- No more than 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong proficiency in excel and data management tools
- Experience with Accounting / ERP software systems a plus
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Navision a plus
- Understanding and knowledge of US GAAP

The main function of the Assistant Manager position is to directly assist the Provisioning Center Manager (PCM) with managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Provisioning Center according to standard operating procedures and business practices. The position reports directly to the PCM and can provide supervision to all sales floor, customer service, maintenance and inventory control. The position is also in charge of all merchandising (within the provisioning center) as well as the development, training, and coaching of the team.

Our next Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
To Be Blunt
You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency.
One minute you will be educating a customer on the benefits of a Kind Tree product
The next minute you will be receiving a new inventory shipment
And the next minute logging sales data into our POS and tracking systems.
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization
Where you’ll be planted
This position will be on-site in our
Allentown, PA Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary. Our hours of operation are
9am - 8pm 7 days/week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.
What We're High On (Requirements):
- Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
- At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
- Cannabis experience a plus
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
