Oregon's premier cannabis extracts manufacturer is looking to add disciplined and experienced sales representatives to our team. Applicants must be ambitious and outgoing and have experience in the cannabis industry. We offer competitive compensation and are looking for somebody who already has well-established relationships with Oregon retail cannabis stores. An experienced sales representative from another industry will definitely be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Management of sales and vendor relations
· Maintain and grow a book of business
. Attend Weekly meetings and phone calls
· Work in a highly competitive fast paced environment
· Comply with all laws and regulations of the State, municipalities, and OLCC
· Professionally represent the company and serve as main liaison for assigned retail stores
· Communicate and correspond with direct supervisor, teammates and fulfillment team
· Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
· Grow your accounts by volume and drive average ticket sales
· Expand sales of all brands and product lines
· Operate with integrity and honesty
· Manage Accounts receivable report
. Collect payments in a timely manner
· Complete daily recaps
. Manage and maintain correspondence using workplace optimization platforms in a professional manner

Sitka Northwest is looking for hardworking individuals to join our team. As an Extraction Technician you’ll be part of the team that produces cannabis oil extract. The position also records processes through state tracking system (METRC) and company batch log documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares material for processing. This includes packing socks, grinding and organizing biomass.
- Follows equipment operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns, maintains supplies, performs preventive maintenance.
- Documents information using daily logs and equipment record books.
- Examines and evaluates data to resolve problems, selects corrective steps.
- Sets up laboratory equipment and instrumentation as required.
- Maintains laboratory equipment and facilities in a clean and sterile condition, prepares and standardizes all solutions used, maintains records of work performed, maintains inventories of supplies, materials and chemicals.
- Cleans laboratory tools and equipment, and maintains a sanitary environment.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Technicians must have knowledge of production and processing, mathematics, knowledge of mechanical machines and tools.
- Basic laboratory instrumentation

We are a large-scale cannabis extraction company looking for an inventory and supply chain manager.
The inventory and supply chain manager will be responsible for ensuring that the business can efficiently source raw materials, manufacture products, store inventory and transport shipments to service providers and wholesale clients. Their duties include analyzing logistics data to refine the supply chain, negotiating business relationships, and communicating with suppliers and distributors.
A Supply Chain Manager should provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity, and there are many duties that accompany this. Your core responsibilities will be overseeing and facilitating the on-time completion of finished cannabis extracts products and maintaining an accurate account of current inventory. Some common job duties for this role include:
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
- Balance safety, cost management and business growth, and prepare reports for executive review.
- Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.
- Oversee regular inventory audits of both finished and bulk goods.
- Facilitate workflow schedules with internal departments and external vendors to ensure adequate production to meet current and future product demand.

Inventory manager responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing multiple products in different stages of lifecycle, from production batch to individually packaged products and keeping detailed records of each. Weighing and organizing products for testing, ordering and maintaining packaging material stock, and label printing. Organizing all materials and product to go out for co-packing each week and managing weekly inventory counts.
Attention to detail and stability is very important for this position. Mistakes are part of life, and they are very costly if repeated in our business. Computer skills required include email, Word, using templates to create labels, and intermediate Excel skills; including the ability to create and maintain inventory reports using formulas and functions such as vlookups, sumif statements, and converting raw data into pivot tables. Ability to learn new computer systems is a must and experience using Metrc is a bonus. Must be self starter and task oriented.
Must have an approved and active marijuana worker permit or must have taken the marijuana worker permit test- and- submitted marijuana worker permit application in the NIC/OLCC system prior to start date. If you do not have your worker permit, please be sure to have a copy your certificate showing you have passed the exam prior to starting.
