- Coordinate and facilitate New Customer Onboarding process and manage flow to completion
- Have great instructional skills and is able to clearly articulate so that the client is engaged and able to implement processing system
- Track and analyze metrics to determine opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain a strong relationships with clients
- Address client’s questions to facilitate continual success
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries in an accurate and efficient manner
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to monitor continued satisfaction
- Must be flexible with work schedule
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with potential and existing client
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the cannabis industry
- 3+ years relevant work experience in a sales enablement, training or sales role
- A professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions
- A dedication to customer service and diligent follow-up skills.
- Ability to earn client trust along with excellent relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a positive outlook and growth mindset
