We are looking for seasonal harvest help at the beautiful Oregrown farm. Oregrown is a nationally recognized cannabis company.
Harvest employment starts at the beginning of October, and runs until early November.
The ideal candidates will be a hard worker and self-motivated. Eager to maintain a clean and sterile work environment. They will be able to take direction and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Available Roles include:
- Assist in all greenhouse and indoor harvests
Requirements:
- Must have OLCC Marijuana Workers permit
- Must have reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
- Great attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Growing techniques
- Respect for our techniques
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- 1-year cannabis harvesting/growing experience preferred
$17 per hour- Temporary employment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:

We are looking for an experienced Harvest Manager at our beautiful Oregrown Farm.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, be able to delegate tasks, and ensure a consistent production schedule. Maintaining a clean work environment is essential.
*Must have current OLCC marijuana workers permit.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in takedown
- Manage trim crew
- Managing quality control of trimming
- Monitoring moisture levels and maintaining storage of flower
- Keeping an inventory of trimmed flower
Requirements:
- Experience trimming cannabis
- Management experience
- Dependable
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Experience with METRC is a plus.
