Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and on-time payments to vendors and employees
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end close, ensuring revenue and expenditures are properly identified, recorded, or accrued.
- Analyze/reconcile ledger accounts, including research, documentation, and preparation of adjusting entries.
- Manage accounts payables, posting invoices to system for payment and resolving vendor inquiries.
- Proactively manage receivables by initiating discussions with sales team and customers to ensure timely payment is received. Research discrepancies and over/short payments.

Position Summary
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation team members; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivation production goals are met, approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and achieving passing compliance test results. The Cultivation Manager will be Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.
Along with a strong experience level working in greenhouses and knowledge of caring for cannabis plants, the ability to understand and repair infrastructure is imperative. This position will also require partnership with the operations manager of the facility, for production in terms of proper technique in caring for inventory to be sure that high quality inventory is available to sell.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage cultivation staff schedules, cultivation processes, inventory
- Serve as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Respond to all questions, concerns, or suggestions and acts when necessary to resolve conflicts
- Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation team to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
- Coordinate with management to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
- Creation of SOP's to eliminate the transmission of pest pathogens and viruses, along with collaboration between all departments to increase success rates within production
Cultivation Operation Management:
- Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes and ensure proper documentation of all activities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior products
- Oversee supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure sufficient levels of all cultivation supplies
- Oversea the measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications
- Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health
- Oversee and ensure proper drying and curing of harvested cannabis
- Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity
- Direct environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, aboveground or underground storage tanks, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, solid waste recycling, indoor air quality, integrated pest management (IPM), employee training, and disaster preparedness
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including employee records, inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc.
- Inventory control software, ERP (Flourish) reporting
Required Experience and Education:
- Advanced degrees in plant sciences are a huge plus, and might overshadow the need for large scale cannabis specific experience
- Experience managing a large-scale cultivation operation with a clean history of compliance.
- Safety Training – preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in plant biology, physiology, biological sciences, or agricultural sciences preferred, or comparable on the job experience. (Advanced degrees in plant sciences are a huge plus, and might overshadow the need for large scale cannabis specific experience)
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and large-scale cultivation facility operations
- Word™, Excel™ and database management knowhow

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Build rapport with customers and staff members while visiting our retail partners
- Effectively communicate what separates OASIS Cannabis Co. from other brands
- Positively represent OASIS in many different settings i.e. customer facing, staff educations, trade shows, etc.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to the Relationship Managers and Sales Teams regarding store visits
- Comfortable taking photos and videos in an effort to assist in creating social content
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must have amazing customer service skills!
- Must be outgoing, energetic and engaging!
- Must be a strong self-starter / Must be able to work with limited/no supervision.
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must have a valid CA Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to transport and set up promotion table and materials
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Job Type :
- Part-Time (Hourly based on scheduling)
Pay :
- $18.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule :
- Availability - M-F
- Must be open to occasionally working on weekends based on retailers needs
- This position does not have a set schedule and varies on a weekly basis

Description
We are looking for a Retail Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll contribute to the overall development of OASIS within the Southern California Region for existing accounts and new accounts as we continue to help more customers find their OASIS.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Builds upon existing relationships acting as a trusted advisor for our retail partners
- Evaluates how OASIS is being shelved with our retail partners and presents strategic merchandising solutions to better increase OASIS’ brand visibility in stores
- Partners closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand strategies are executed
- Evaluates store performance and recommends product offerings, promotional incentives and staff engagement opportunities to stay top of mind with our retail partners
- Manages overall account retention and growth by developing strategic business plans with retail partners
- Manages CRM and maintains accurate and up-to-date reporting for all retail relationships
- Executes in-store events when necessary and finds creative & alternative solutions to boring industry norms
- Direct sales - 3 years
- Wholesale sales - 1-3 years
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
- Highly skilled self starter and excellent team player
- Must be able to work variable hours - evenings, weekends, special events
