Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Under general supervision of the Finance Department, the Accounts receivable clerk duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
- While a 45-hour week is standard, deadlines may require additional hours
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
- Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff
- Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
- Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed
- Relays changes of information to appropriate employees
- Performs other related duties as assigned

The Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and works with the Assistant Store Manager and Budtenders in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, inventory control, ordering, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned. The Store Manager must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the store.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all the store’s transactions and operations.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees.
- Liaise with law enforcement, local and state officials, vendors, and local community.

Mood Cannabis Company is looking for a reliable inventory manager to be responsible for the overall inventory management.
Skills
- Ensure all product information for new strains and products, including creating bud cards are checked daily for accuracy.
- Manage the physical inventory storage in compliance with MRA storage requirements.
- Identify slow / nonmoving items and communicate to General Manager
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and existing inventory levels on hand for CC Chapter and communicate all needs to chapter captain.
- Monitor all items shelf-life to ensure management is creating deals for near-expiration product and to mitigate excessive wasting out of expired products.
- Provide and assist chapter captain with hands-on training of inventory tracking system and inventory procedures for new and current employees.
- Ensure daily cycle counts are being completed and results sent into compliance manager and chapter captain.
- Must resolve all count issues within 24 hours of taking cycle count with the guidance of compliance manager and chapter captain. Ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory & Leaf Logix
- Ensure proper documentation is logged (invoices, monthly inventory reports from Metrc, monthly package adjustment reports from Metrc)
- Ensure pricing is correct in operating system. o All price chances are done the day they are received, and product reflects new price.
- Ensure all new receipts are processed and moved to floor within 24hrs of receiving.
- Daily stock and maintain floor with cannabis products. Follow flower guidelines when product is low in stock.
- Ensure all waste procedures are followed to the MRA requirements.
- Ensure all floor products are audited weekly for compliance, source tags / metrc tags are correct.
- All floor back stock is maintained / filled in. ensure floor is neat and organized.
- Inventory room / office and vault are always kept neat and organized.
- Ensure scales are calibrated daily and maintained. Must train and follow scale SOP.
- Must champion all inventory SOP’s. Work closely with the general manager on training new/ existing IM's on inventory SOP’s.
