The Extraction Tech supports the preparation and execution of the extraction process. Furthermore, the technician will assist in the formulation of approved medical marijuana products. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy, and efficiency of the manufacturing processes. The Extraction Tech will strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures and quality control measures to maintain production of high quality products.
The position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including prepping, measuring, extracting, refining, and packaging of medical marijuana products. The Extraction Team must monitor and maintain the laboratory environment in accordance with company needs and state regulations.
The Extraction Team’s primary responsibilities may include:
- Safely and properly handle pre-extraction plant matter with care and attention.
- Perform extractions following standard operating procedures.
- Provide vital systematic cleaning and sanitization of the extraction laboratory.
- Understand and comply to procedures, methodologies, and compliance steps for tracking medical marijuana product from seed to sale.
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing, standard operating procedures and proper documentation.
- Manage the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with state regulations.
- To assist in the management of all regulated and non regulated products / inventory.
- To perform additional job duties as assigned.

The Sales Team is involved in every aspect of the Franklin’s network. Working directly with dispensaries all across the State of Missouri.
The primary duties of the Sales Team include:
- Ensuring the financial success of Franklin’s revenue projections through the selling of Franklin's products (and affiliated brands) to retail and wholesale customers.
- Building high quality relationships with budtenders, dispensary owners and other areas of high value to the company.
- To work with the company’s Director of Manufacturing to ensure the brand is portrayed to the highest company standards.

The role of Director of Manufacturing covers a wide variety of duties that revolve around the manufacturing of Franklin’s (and affiliated brands) medical-marijuana related products.
Duties of the Director of Manufacturing may include, but not limited to:
- Overseeing, managing and refining the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Franklin’s Stash House, a cross-cultural cannabis brand based in Kansas City, MO, is looking to expand its national footprint in the cannabis industry. We are seeking intelligent and entrepreneurial individuals to join our rapidly growing sales team in markets all across the United States.
As part of Franklin’s Stash House sales team, you will be responsible for introducing Franklin’s hemp products into convenience stores, smoke shops and dispensaries within your dedicated City / State. Franklin’s sales team is compensated through a percentage of sales (no caps) based on an already successful sales model deployed in the Kansas City market.
