1440 Processing, one of Oklahoma's largest processors and distributors of medical marijuana, is expanding our outside sales team and is seeking a sales representative to grow 1440's customer base with dispensaries throughout Oklahoma. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of outside business to business sales experience along with a strong knowledge of medical marijuana, as well as a desire to learn. A typical work week involves calling on 100+ dispensaries in your territory to establish new customer relationships, as well as managing accounts in your book of business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Perform cost-benefit/needs analysis of existing and potential customers
- Follow-up with customer leads through cold calling (phone calls, texting, emailing, and in-person)
- Achieve agreed upon sales objectives/metrics and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory potential, track sales, and status reports
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, and etc.
- Develop and supply the VP of Sales with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Occasional weekend work may be required to support promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound follow-up and using own resources to create new opportunities
- Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding database of prospects and customers
- Attending company meetings as requested by company
- Communicate and educate the benefits and the difference of 1440 products to the customers and dispensaries staff
- Coordinate sales efforts by working professionally with 1440 team members
- Attend industry events, sponsorships, and customer engagement opportunities to keep abreast to Oklahoma cannabis industry trends
- Coordinating compliant and accurate deliveries of products / marketing materials and at times, delivering the products to the dispensaries
- Extensive travel within the assigned territory will be necessary
- Know how to fill a sales pipeline and close efficiently
- Must be able to handle a high volume of wholesale accounts
- Follow up diligently to manage restocking orders and address any customer questions or concerns
- Coordinate product deliveries
- Maintain good communication with team members and other departments to coordinate your efforts
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
- Conducting oneself professionally
- Maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- Ability to conduct electronic record-keeping
- Ability to perform CRM and sales data tracking functions
- Knowledge of MS Office or comparable system
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and persuasive skills ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must have access to a cell phone and zoom for meetings with sales manager and the rest of the team as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2+ years in competitive sale environment
- Driver's License
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must be an Oklahoma resident for two (2) years
- Must be able to pass OMMA background check
- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products, programs and new ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage goals and schedules
This position is a 1099 position and is fully commissioned based. Sales commissions are paid on completed and paid sales.

Operate cannabis extraction equipment safely

Packager’s are responsible for placing finished products in compliant packages to be sold to our clients. As a Packager, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment and performing tasks such as packaging and labeling a variety of cannabis products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete packaging and administrative duties with accuracy and consistency

- Ability to retain knowledge about a variety of products, what their package type is and how to assemble them. This is across hundreds of SKU
- Neatness is required in the work area and packages and labels should be assembled neatly
- Understand operation and basic upkeep of laboratory balances
- Good mathematical skills are required to be able to keep accurate count as you go about packaging
- Cannabis Industry and product knowledge. Candidates shall possess a willingness to learn about products we manufacture and package Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Previous experience in a high-volume production setting is preferred but not required.
