POSITION SUMMARY
This position will report directly to the Harvest Team Leader and will be responsible for meeting all the listed requirements. The Harvest Team Technician will be harvesting, curing, hand trimming, and processing all post cultivation plant material to ensure proper status for either packaging or extraction.

c. Assists Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure
variety and quantity for dispensary locations.
2. Facility and Cleaning
a. Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility. If
you notice something that is a hygienic hazard to product or employees, notify your
supervisor immediately.
b. Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light
reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
3. Reports and Documentation
a. Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring
proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities.
b. Ensures accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all
other applicable information.
c. Documents, according to company policy, the application of all nutrient and/or
substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility.
4. Safety and Security
a. Maintain a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for

JOB SUMMARY
Cultivate Holdings, LLC is currently looking for a Compliance Assistant specializing in Marketing, Design and Print & Copy to work under the Director of Compliance. The Compliance Assistant will support compliance needs specific to marketing, design and print & copy. This position will be demanding, repetitive, and will require high attention to detail, and a practical approach to complex tasks. The Compliance Assistant will maintain compliance within their respective responsibility areas and support the Director of Compliance with additional projects as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING
- Reviews and approves marketing initiatives and in-store campaigns for regulatory compliance.
- Submits marketing initiatives to the Cannabis Control Commission for proactive approvals
DESIGN
- Reviews and approves all design work for regulatory compliance
- Submits design work to the Cannabis Control Commission for proactive approvals
PRINT & COPY
- Works with Social Media and Customer Experience teams to review and approve all public-facing posts before go-live.
- Works with the Learning and Development team to review and approve any in-house training and development documents for regulatory compliance.
- Works with upper-management to create, review and/or modify documents drafted for submission to the Cannabis Control Commission.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position, familiarity with state regulatory entities, and experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Detail-oriented with an eye on process optimization.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Determination and success attitude that emulates fortitude, not taking no for an answer, and finding a way to accomplish what is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- It is crucial that applicants have full fluency in spreadsheets, Excel functionality, and Google Drive.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.
- Throughout extended periods, they must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday. Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time based on the job duties listed above.

Provides on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completes tasks assigned by the Cultivation Manager to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintains quality control measures to ensure high-quality product. Maintains organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area. Carries out day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. Monitors and maintains plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the State and standards set by the company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred. Two years of experience in general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or any satisfactory combination of experience and training that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties. Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and horticulture skills. Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Proficiency in Windows-based software and point-of-sale applications.
CORE JOB DUTIES
1. Plant Care
a. Measures and mixes nutrient and plant applications and applies these mixtures
according to company policy.
b. Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and analyzing plant health
according to company policy, as well as any other tasks required.
c. Assists Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure
variety and quantity for dispensary locations.
2. Facility and Cleaning
a. Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility. If
you notice something that is a hygienic hazard to product or employees, notify your
supervisor immediately.
b. Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools, including light
reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
3. Reports and Documentation
a. Assists the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring
proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities.
b. Ensures accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all
other applicable information.
c. Documents, according to company policy, the application of all nutrient and/or
substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility.
4. Safety and Security
a. Maintain a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for
fellow employees, products, and the facility.
