What you will do:

- Correspondence with METRC as pertains to Post Harvest entries as needed.
- Ensure staff are trimming, weighing, and packaging end products according to Green Sativa Policies and Procedures and local and state regulations.

- Monitor and maintain the facility environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- This is a swing shift position, 12pm-9pm Monday-Friday.
- Act as a liaison between day and night shift.
- Weigh and portion dried flower.
- Maintain integrity of flower during the packaging process.

Position Description
This position plays a key role within our concentrate manufacturing department ensuring all product is packaged, supplies are inventoried/ordered, and staff have what they need (supplies & training). This highly-trusted individual will be responsible for supporting the Packaging Manager in overseeing all Trimming/Packaging tasks in a large-scale cannabis produ ction farm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Full-Time position : shift hours are Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am to 7:30pm
Supervise Team Leads and Packaging employees
Implement action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operations activities and production plans
Ensure the team adheres to all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations and laws.
Keeping equipment and Production infrastructure well maintained
Managing inventory of raw flower and packaging materials
Check the quality of employees trimming and packaging procedures and make sure all SOP’s are being followed
Coach, Train and Develop the Packaging team.
Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime
Monitor unit allocations in BioTrack and report flower variations as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years experience in a fast-paced Production Line Management
Previous cannabis trimming experience is a plus, but not required
Must PASS a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
Must be 21 years of age or older
