One Plant is looking for responsible Trimming/Packaging Associates- 2nd Shift to fulfill positions of trust within our company. These highly-trusted individuals will be responsible for trimming, packaging, and labeling products in our processing center. You will be an integral representative of the company responsible for teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency of the in-house operations to increase profitability and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate daily as both a patient advocate and a company advocate
Required competency to learn, understand, and perform functionality within:
Seed-to-sale POS/CRM (Biotrack THC)
FL Dept. of Health OMMU Patient Registry
Delivery software task management
Microsoft Office suite; gmail/google suite;
Desire to constantly learn and seek out new information about cannabis as a medicine and understand cannabis in general. Call center associates will work with in-house cannabis experts, including our Chief Medical Officer, to continue their journey of cannabis education.
Speak with patients over the phone and in person regarding FAQs that may include the following:
General questions about cannabis and specific One Plant FL cannabis products
General questions about One Plant FL locations and delivery zones/schedules
General questions about how to become a patient and make the most of the current FL medical marijuana program
Create and execute patient orders in seed-to-sale software and the OMMU registry.
Maintain a patient log
Follow up with patients post order to gather and communicate feedback on products and service.
Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to Customer Care Manager(s), Director of Retail Operations, Delivery Manager, and other managers and executives that may require such information.
Apply and ensure the accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing order
Help maintain orders@ inbox and update CRM and patient log as necessary. Office manager may forward relevant emails to Patient Care Reps from the info@ inbox as well.
May be required to support physician outreach team by working with physicians over the phone and face to face. May even be required to participate in lunch and learn events, trade shows, industry events, and visit physician and other stakeholder offices to inform groups and professionals of medical cannabis in Florida.
May be required to participate in door-to-door delivery patient transactions or help train dispensary associates in our brick and mortar transactions.
May be required to visit other 3 Boys/One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.
Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to their direct report.
Bilingual and multi-lingual are encouraged to apply, but not required.
Full time 32 hours weekly

This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the One Plant FL retail store located in Ocala. The Manager will provide support and oversight for all store staff, including training & development, adherence to standard operating procedures, and communicating with One Plant FL leadership team. This position will ensure the best possible patient experience consistent with brand standards. The Manager will have full profit/loss responsibility of their store and will be responsible for continuous quality improvement planning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the store expert and understand the competitive landscape, business risk and opportunities.
Motivate and inspire Store staff to meet & exceed Store sales and KPI targets.
Provide expert guidance to all Store staff and clients, including customer service, strategy, operations, & product.
Proactively mitigate business, operational & governance risks.
Lead, coach, and train Store staff on Company Standards and Operations Procedures
Partner with HR to ensure Store is staffed with high quality talent and operates efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and enforce a culture of compliance for all activities with strict adherence to the Florida Statues for THC and CBD products, as well as regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies such as OSHA.
Ensure implementation and effectiveness of all systems and processes in their Store.
Be a visible ambassador of the Store’s brands and promise.
Complete employee evaluations, documentation, coachings, and trainings. Provide constructive feedback that facilitates improvement.
Responsible for regular and random inventory counts and daily inventory compliance procedures.
Accurately reconciles daily cash drawers and nightly cash deposits and weekly armored pickups.
Availability weekdays, weekends, Holidays, etc.
Additional duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience
At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
5+ years of Retail/Hospitality Management or comparable experience
Previous experience managing and leading 5-15 employees
Previous success managing a location with P&L responsibility
Experience in hiring, evaluating and training employees in customer service and retail operations
Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and non-verbal
Strong organizational skills. The ability to multi-task, think critically, be proactive and take initiative to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Proven leadership and success in highly regulated environment.
Knowledge of office management systems and proficiency using MS Office.

This is a Full-Time, third shift position : shift hours are Friday-Sunday 5:30am to 7:00pm
Set up employees workstations and keep work environment clean at all times
Check the quality of employees trimming and packaging procedures and make sure all SOP’s are being followed
Reconcile all pertinent forms at the end of the day
Experience in conflict resolution within a diverse group
Occasional Trim and Package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using automated equipment to fill, package and label vials with liquids / oils / cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / etc.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic
Be a team player
Train on various machines and equipment
Read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions and have an eye for detail
Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or weekend hours

Supervise Team Leads and Packaging employees
Implement action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operations activities and production plans
Ensure the team adheres to all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations and laws.
Keeping equipment and Production infrastructure well maintained
Managing inventory of raw flower and packaging materials
Check the quality of employees trimming and packaging procedures and make sure all SOP’s are being followed

Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime
Monitor unit allocations in BioTrack and report flower variations as needed.

May be required to participate in door-to-door delivery patient transactions or help train dispensary associates in our brick and mortar transactions.
May be required to visit other 3 Boys/One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.
Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to their direct report.

One Plant is looking for responsible Trimming/Packaging Associates- 2nd Shift to fulfill positions of trust within our company. These highly-trusted individuals will be responsible for trimming, packaging, and labeling products in our processing center. You will be an integral representative of the company responsible for teamwork, professionalism, and efficiency of the in-house operations to increase profitability and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Full-Time, second shift position : shift hours are M-F 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Trim and package cannabis and cannabis derivative products using equipment to trim, fill, package and label cannabis flower / pre-rolls / edibles / vials with liquids / oils / etc.
Apply and ensure accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a positive work ethic
Be a team player
Ongoing training on various machines and equipment
Read, comprehend and follow explicit instructions
Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or weekend hours
Requires use of personal protective equipment including eye wear, gloves, respiratory protection equipment and/or hearing protection
Work is performed in manufacturing and lab settings with biohazard/various chemicals
Must keep work environment clean at all times
Ability to work with various levels of noise
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous cannabis trimming experience is a plus, but not required
Must PASS a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
