Position Description
As a Production Associate you will be responsible for ensuring proper manufacturing, packaging, and labelling of product throughout all our product lines; BeMore Brand, Shaman Brand, Everyday Brand. This is a very dynamic position where you will be doing many different tasks throughout the day/week including but not limited to: gummy packaging, pre-roll manufacturing, concentrate packaging, flower packaging, trimming flower, removing flower from stem, labeling, packing boxes, lifting moving boxes or totes etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
1 Attendance: Maintain perfect/near perfect attendance and on-time record
2 Manual Dexterity: Work with small/delicate products requiring precision and finesse
3 Teamwork: Work within small teams to accomplish a common goal
4 Work Pace: Ensure you are keeping up with company standards and co-workers
5 Quality Control: Perform quality control processes on various products
6 Machine Operation: Learn how to operate various proprietary packaging, and labelling machines
7 Standard Operating Procedures: Ensure all company SOPs are being followed
8 Personal Protective Equipment: Wear all required PPE when working with raw product (Lab Coat, Hairnet, Mask, gloves, etc.)
9 Accountability: You will be held accountable for hitting time and quality metrics
10 Area Upkeep: Ensure the work area(s) are picked up to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Position Requirements
1 Previous cannabis industry experiecne not required
2 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
3 Upbeat attitude contributing to an overall positive company culture/work environment
4 Ability to arrive for all scheduled shifts on time
5 Respect: Be respectful and understanding of all co-workers
6 Ability to work 10 hour shifts (mostly sitting)
7 Trust: Can be trusted to treat product with utmost care and no temptation of theft
8 Must be at least 21 years of age

Choosing content, strategically timing and sequencing posts to tell a cohesive and compelling story that resonates emotionally with the target audience, crafting captions, commenting on others’ posts, responding to messages, and being an active and appreciated participant in the online cannabis community.

Position Description
This position plays a key role within our concentrate manufacturing department ensuring all product is packaged, supplies are inventoried/ordered, and staff have what they need (supplies & training). Qualified candidates will have experience weighing cannabis concentrate including but not limited to Diamonds, Sauce, Crumble, Badder, Badder Chips, Sugar, etc. and supervising associate level staff during daily tasks.

1 Staff Supervision: Daily oversight of all department staff (2-3) including task management and quality control checks
2 Staff Training: Ensure proper training of all staff members in accordance with company SOPs
3 Product Scheduling: Work with the executive team to set packaging schedules and ensure goal attainment
4 Documentation: Complete all required documentation for production runs, supply requests, etc.
5 Supply Inventory Counts: Complete weekly inventory counts on packaging supplies
6 Supply Re-Orders: Work with the executive team to place orders for supplies (ensuring a 30 day supply)
7 Area Organization: Organize the dapartment to encourage safe and efficient operations
8 Packaging Tools/Machines: Use various hand tools and machines to complete packaging process
9 Process Improvement/Implementation: Work with the executive team to adjust SOPs and implement changes
10 Other Duties as Assigned
Position Requirements
1 Supervisory Experience: 3+ Years of 2+ employees (minimum)

Position Description
Hummingbird Verde is seeking a Senior Accountant to evaluate the current accounting/financial systems, suggest necessary changes, develop a plan to meet the proposed changes, execute on the proposed plan, and maintain all systems moving forward. This employee will be working directly with company Ownership and be the primary party responsible for all accounting/financial duties for the company and its business units.
Duties & Responsibilities
1 Maintain the General Ledger including; preparing journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with Company/GAAP standards
2 Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes, procedures, and forecasts for dynamic lines of business
3 Prepare and present monthly/yearly financial closeouts
4 Execute payroll for the parent company and all business units
5 Responsible for handling all Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, including 'Proposed Payment List' for weekly payment runs
6 Track, calculate, and ensure payment of required business taxes
7 Generate ad-hoc financial reports, perform general ledger account analysis and technical accounting research as requested
8 Actively support internal and external audits including preparation of audit support and responding to auditor inquiries
9 Work directly with banking partners to ensure proper systems and handling of all cash deposits
10 Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast
Required Experience
Thorough knowledge of GAAP, theory, practice and standards as they relate to general ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and financial
1 statement preparation.
2 CPA Preferred / Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
3 3 - 5 years Accounting experience
4 3+ years executing internal financial audits and supporting external audit consultants
5 3+ years experience within a cannabis company and/or start up (Preferred)
6 3+ years experience developing and maintaining accounting systems
7 5+ years experience with Quickbooks (Preferred)
8 5+ years experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc.
