Position Summary: The Delivery Logistics Driver will be primarily focused on overseeing the team of drivers who are responsible for delivering cannabis products to patients, as well as creating and executing the strategy and processes of the delivery program. This role will be ultimately responsible for ensuring each product is delivered safely and compliantly to each of our patients with exceptional service. This role will be charged with providing a positive and friendly experience for all GOLDLEAF patients and team members, and working collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to achieve operational excellence in our delivery program.

- Oversee collection payments from customers and patients, and follow company protocols for counting out, storing, and transporting currency.
- Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations set forth by the state of Florida for delivery of medical cannabis.
- Transport deliveries safely and securely according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate inventory, transport and distribution records
- Operate company vehicles safely and within all state and local guidelines.
- Ensure the load is properly secured before moving the vehicle.
- Communicate any security or safety concerns to the Compliance and HR teams as needed.
- Assist other teams when not on scheduled routes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Follow proper dispensing methods implemented by the Department of Health ?and Company SOP’s.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent team management skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Required Education/Experience:
- Must be 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record, and be able to pass motor vehicle history report and background check per state cannabis regulations.
- Experience with office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer Service experience required.
- Prior delivery or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience in legal cannabis is a plus.

Warehouse & Logistics Manager
NH Distribution of California, Inc. (Calyx Brands) is a well-established cannabis distribution company. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistic Manager to manage our Santa Rosa facility. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a cannabis environment; METRC knowledge and compliance of DCC requirements.
The responsibilities include:
MANAGEMENT
- Recruit, interview and on-board new staff
- Coordinate and train new employees
- Manage Drivers – including but not limited to daily routes/schedules, annual performance reviews and incident reports
- Approve timesheets and PTO requests for direct reports
- Exhibit exceptional team leadership skills
- Immediately communicate to Senior Management any personnel issues that may adversely affect the company
OPERATIONS
- Maintain storage area to meet all compliance regulations/requirements
