PAQ is an industry leader in ancillary cannabis packaging and accessories. Candidate must have passion, enthusiasm, and creativity around our industry and product category. Our business has 2 main channels. We offer fully customized child resistant packaging that helps our clients brands stand out. We also sell our products direct to consumer as an accessory via Amazon and Shopify with our own branding.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to fulfill the leadership tasks and provide direction to our growing start up company. Specifically, the VP of Sales and Marketing directs, mentors and manages all sales and marketing objectives. The VP of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the CEO to develop the overall objectives and operating plans of the business, both tactical and strategic, and provide exceptional execution of agreed upon plans.
Job duties include:
1. Managing and delegating all marketing and sales strategies for the company. Including management of digital marketing, email marketing, social marketing, community building, PR, CRM, sales team mangement, KPI tracking, etc.
2. Responsible for developing and managing the company’s sales budget, including the co-op advertisement allowances.
3. Responsible for overseeing important clients; aiming to meet their needs and working to increase the size of company’s customer base
4. Responsible for determining the best distribution methods for company products and analyzing the effectiveness of these methods; keeps track of top selling product.
5. Responsible for ongoing product reviews and product analysis for each division and for providing product knowledge training to Sales Team
6. Responsible for training, development and overall management of sales and marketing functions
7. Ensures that independent sales reps meet and/or exceed established goals, determines territory for independent reps, reviews all product as far as sales are concerned.
8. Work with the CEO to establish employee compensation/commission plans and other sales incentive programs such as those for bonuses.
9. Responsible for regular, ongoing staff meetings with Board of Directors
10. Understanding of B2B and D2C marketing. Including management and delegation of direct sales vs digital marketing, online sales channels.
Qualified candidates will have a degree in Sales & Marketing or Business and 3-5 years’ experience. Experience in all kinds of consumer product sales a plus. We offer excellent compensation packages as we plan to award key people to help the growth of our 2 year old start up!

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
