The Vault Tech conducts inventory counts, documents product in the vault and moves product to their categorized, designated storage space with the vault.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes UIN audits in our state’s tracking system (Metrc) daily to ensure that all product has been transferred into the appropriate ‘room’ within Metrc. Ensure anything that is done physically, is also completed digitally.
- Conducts weekly counts of ready for sale products to report to the LeafLink Lead to ensure inventory is correct for both the sales team and dispensaries.
- Completes investigations on any questionable UINs and the location of products.
- Communicates any problems that may arise within the vault to the manager.
- Monitors product expiration dates.
- Organizes hard copy files/reports.
- Communicates with packaging department for when finished goods are ready to be transferred from packaging to the vault.
- Documents accurately all finished product that comes into the vault. Gives detailed report of specifications of each item. I.e.: Product name, Weight, THC %, total amount, and flower tiers which are designated by Post Harvest and the Sales team.
- Moves all products to their categorized, designated storage space within the vault until fulfillment is ready to pull these products for delivery orders.
- Carries out the consolidations of shelf space of these products to prepare for new inventory.
- Assists with any other projects/fulfillment duties that are assigned by manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Cannabis Agent Card and pass a background check
- Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving new industry.

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is hiring a Vault Technician (Part-time) to serve as part of the Southern Illinois Operations team and to process, count, verify, and strap cash collected from our Video Gaming Terminals. The Vault Technician will process all cash secured by route collectors within our Southern Illinois region. The Vault Technician records cash activity, prepares bank deposits readies cash for the filling of our Redemption Terminals (ATMs), resolves reconciliation issues, and supports the accounting processes by maintaining accurate logs within our ledger software. The successful candidate must be 21 years or older, have strong math skills, be detail oriented, and pass a detailed background check with the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.

Shift 4pm – 9pm (open to other hours), Tuesday – Thursday (Max of 15 hours per week)
As a Vault Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Cash handling, processing, and balancing.
- Accurate data entry into Ledger software.
- Assembly of bank deposits and outgoing cash orders.
- Research and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
- Assist route collectors in resolving data entry issues.
- Management of coin levels and coin orders.
- Operate currency counting, sorting, and strapping machines.
- Maintain adequate cash reserve to emergency meet the needs.
- Follow established policies and procedures with regard to vault operations and security.
- Identify and communicate reconciliation issues with accountant department.
- Follow all department, company, and state policies and procedures.
- Work a schedule that aligns to service and business needs (this includes shifts that extend into the evening and weekends shifts at times)
The Vault Technician position is well-suited for you if you possess:

- Be able to pass a background check and obtain a Terminal Handler’s license from the Illinois Gaming Board required.

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: Senior Inventory Technician is responsible for pulling all dispensary / retail requested product from inventory to fill each product request and provide to Guest Services Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all cannabis and non-cannabis retail inventory tracking systems and update every morning and evening. Notify Production and Compliance Management of any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and within CCC regulatory requirements.
- Communicating with internal Procurement Team to receive invoices, test results, and necessary information to prep for a delivery.
- Receiving inventory in METRC and Leaf Logix (Point of Sale software).
- Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
- Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and solving them.
- Solving Leaf Logix and METRC integration errors.

Work with Production and Compliance Management on:
- Regular inventory product audits
- Inventory levels and packaging planning
- Unwavering compliance with state/local regulations, security protocols, access protocols, and company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate with the intake and outtake of product with sales/account personnel

- Problem solve all product inventory issues, i.e.; shortages, conversion product loss, product documentation completion, product re-work, etc;
- Store all finished product onto inventory racks for on-hand inventory;
- Assists other areas as needed or assigned by supervisor.
