- Lead a multi-functional team through four core functions: finished goods inventory management, receipt of product, order fulfillment and delivery to statewide wholesale customers and retail dispensaries
- Demonstrate the values of integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation
- Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork across the vault and inventory teams through daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting of KPI
- Design, create, implement, and improve finished goods and delivery SOP鈥檚 across the department
- Lead through significant change and continuous improvement of core inventory and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with site leadership for operational planning and expected receipt of finished goods
- Coordinate with supply chain and sales leadership to provide exemplary customer service and on time delivery

- Communicating with internal Wholesale Director to receive invoices, test results, and necessary information to prep for a delivery.
- Checking test results for accuracy in METRC (state seed to sale tracking software) transfers.
- Receiving inventory in METRC and Leaf Logix (Point of Sale software).
- Researching incoming items for online menu descriptions based on an NR specific format.
- Responsible for calculating flower conversions for all incoming products (we will provide the mathematical formula).
- Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
- Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and solving them.
- Solving Leaf Logix and METRC integration errors.
- Researching Inventory Variances.
- Record Keeping鈥擠aily, Monthly, and Yearly Inventory Counts.
- Maintaining compliance of vault and inventory.
- Creating and maintaining our Bud Jar displays.
- Maintaining waste and proper disposal.
- Quality control of inventory.
- Reporting inventory levels to Chief Marketing Officer and Wholesale Director.
Training & Development:
- Developing team member potential through instruction, demonstration, observing, and providing feedback.
- Upholding all NR policies and procedures.
- Participating in weekly manager meetings.
- Responsible for leading, managing, and coaching vault staff.
- Assisting in performance reviews and hiring.
- Communicating with General Manager and Assistant General Manager about vault needs and employee performance.
Qualification and Education
- Must be 21 yrs old with 3-5 years experience in retail or supply logistics management, managing a diverse team.
- College degree preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in inventory management preferred.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Above average math skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
