- Maintains company recruiting database
- Organizes and conducts candidate searches on various resume databases
- Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Enhances Kaycha Labs’ presence online and builds an ongoing talent pipeline
- Reviews applications, resumes, conducts phone screens / interviews, schedules interviews, and keeps hiring supervisors up to date every step of the way

About the Role

What You'll Do...
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics
- Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met
- Establish effective communication flow with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
- Develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
- Provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders
- Find ways to continue to raise the bar for dutchie's talent acquisition efforts (process improvements, new initiatives, creative projects, etc.)
What You Bring...
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth company
- Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
