The IT Support Administrator is primarily responsible for providing technical on-site and remote support to PharmaCann Inc. Executives, including Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, as well as other senior leaders and stakeholders. The Executive IT Support Administrator will also function as a liaison between the IT Support team & end-users, and has both business and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is driven by technology evolution, a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to resolve complex problems and implement solutions with little or no guidance. This position will report to the IT Support Manager
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Provide professional and compassionate technical support to Senior Executives and Executive. Administrators, following through with the Executives until satisfactory resolution of the reported issues.
- Listen, evaluate, and communicate with Senior Executives on technical difficulties they may experience.
- Ability to provide Senior Executive, Executive Administrators, and Corporate staff with the appropriate feedback to express your understanding of technical problems.
- Ability to expertly and professionally relay and ensure an understanding of the agreed-to plan for remediation for all technical issues.
- Collaborate with other Senior Technicians to understand workstation and server support needs in direct support of Executive level, Senior leaders, and Corporate staff.
- Resolve calls that have been escalated in the ticketing system; assume primary responsibility for client's workstation support; provide hands-on and remote-controlled workstation support services; provide expertise on support services when requested by end-users.
- Lead/participate in hardware & software deployments; hardware and software procurement and disposal; management of network printers.
- Address all urgent technical and support issues while working closely with Operations and Technical departments to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends.
- Provide on-call support as required by the position.
- Be present and available during work hours in professional attire and a manner and attitude acceptable to Senior Executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, will consider equivalent experience
- Five years' experience in IT systems
- Proficient installing and configuring:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
- G-Suite
- Must have at least 5 years of overall IT experience including direct support with C-suite level leaders.
- Must possess good leadership qualities and self-managing of work.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and empathic customer service skills.
- Must have very strong technical problem-solving skills in various environments and platforms (from web-based applications, network latency, and software versus hardware-related incidents).

Seeking a Senior Project Manager, with strong skills as a Business Analyst, to assist in the implementation of a new Statewide Cannabis Program platform. The Project Manager will be expected to or have experience with experience/skills in the following:
- Provide Project Management expertise in the oversight of a system
- Function as a Business Analyst in situations requiring a Liaison between Agency, IT, other Stakeholders as needed, and Vendor resources to communicate requirements and ensure delivery and
- Clarify and resolve
- Provide project (phase/timeline/budget) reporting to IT and Agency Leadership, as
- Create and maintain a robust and inclusive project plan while actively managing relevant work streams of the program throughout each
- Establish and manage a RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) throughout the entire
- Establish and manage a RASCI matrix (responsible, accountable, supportive, consulted, informed) throughout the entire program.
- Create and update weekly status reports of the project, create content for weekly team meetings to highlight accomplishments, upcoming activities, updates to RAID log and project plan.
- Participate in the creation of governance team materials as Present/report to the governance team as per established cadence.

Job Summary
The Technology Project Manager will report into the IT PMO, focusing on the management and coordination of various projects executed within the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT, Business Application, Business Intelligence, and Software Engineering teams as well as individuals assigned to critical technology projects throughout the firm. This includes planning and executing projects within their assigned scope and budget. The Technology Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring proper communication is occurring within the team and with stakeholders, creation of presentations and for helping drive technology change throughout the organization. This role should have experience working directly with stakeholders throughout an organization and have excellent communication, problem solving, and organization skills.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives.
- Manages project schedules, progress, and task details, makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives, and utilizes project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. The Project Manager is responsible for translating creative ideas into, sometimes concurrent, project plans and deliverables for retail-based applications while staying within budget and schedule parameters. What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for allocating Designers, Developers, and Creatives to define project requirements, develop timeline and budget, identify technical considerations, and designate areas of responsibility.
