The Production Manager will work at our Salt Lake City facility (Spaceship) and is crucial in the expansion of Calyx’s core operations and products. With a data driven approach and clear understanding of how to build out the team, process, and facility this person will be responsible for management and execution of label manufacturing, application, and product development. They will report directly to the VP of Operations and will serve as an Operational leader in manufacturing. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire operation at Spaceship including preparation, planning, scheduling, production, and quality
- Understands and owns the Spaceship P&L, which includes outsourced production as needed to support Calyx goals
- Develop and execute the GTM process for new product development within print and finishing to our current and future customers
- Champion reporting on key metrics surrounding financial and operational success
- Collaborates with Operations to manage supplies relating to print and finishing

ROLE SUMMARY
The Plant Manager directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operations of a cultivation and production facility. This position establishes systems to collect metrics, analyze productivity, and sets performance targets that will meet revenue and cost goals. This position leads the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Plant Manager ensure robust building safety and security procedures and training are in place and that operations are in compliance with all required regulations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and enforce all Trulieve policies and standard operating procedures
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit
- Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, cultivation, and technical services policies and practices; and coordinating actions with corporate staff
